This is Daily Magic for Peace.
Today we will send love across the Ukrainian diaspora.
Welcome to the circle.
So all you need today if you have one is a sunflower.
It's also totally fine to just picture a beautiful,
Gorgeous sunflower shining in the sun.
To honor the body today,
I would love to invite you to join me with some very simple stretching.
So let your body settle and begin to notice any places that are maybe a little tight,
Maybe would like to engage in a little movement,
Whatever intuitively your body is needing right now.
I invite you to just follow that and do some breathing as you stretch to bring that oxygen into those muscles.
Being very gentle and being very connected,
Allowing your stretching to be like a greeting between your mind and your body,
Your consciousness and your body,
A way of saying,
I'm here,
We're together,
I can feel you,
I'm here.
Breathing and stretching just very gently.
And as you bring your stretching to a close,
I invite you to notice what is it I'm standing,
Sitting or lying on?
What is supporting my weight right now?
And what is under that thing and under that thing?
Till you're effortlessly dropping down your grounding cord,
Your connection to the earth,
Just feeling down into that beautiful earth that we walk around on and allowing your grounding connection to grow strong and true and clear.
And now that we're grounded,
I'd love to work with you just for a moment on the level of the Earth Star Chakra.
And it is where we connect to the earth,
Obviously,
Because it's beneath us.
But the way I've learned about it,
It also has a connection to our ancestry.
It might be an energy center you work with regularly,
You're very familiar with.
And it might be one you're just hearing about today.
However it lands for you today,
I invite you to feel into this Earth Star energy place,
This six feet below you place,
And just see what you notice.
This may resonate for you at the level of people you've known in your lifetime,
Or it may resonate at the level of deep ancestry.
Just feeling into it and honoring it and saying hello,
Saying I'm here and now in this moment and I see you.
And I acknowledge our connection and I'm grateful for you.
And now from this place of connection with your own history,
Your own heritage,
Your own people,
I invite you to bring to mind that sunflower or grab your sunflower.
This is a symbol of Ukraine.
And our magic,
Our prayer today is to honor this lineage and heritage that informs the people from this country,
This region.
And the magic today that I'd like to invite you to join me in is just from this grounded place,
Bringing this flower into focus and using it as a symbol to focus our love.
There are people living all over the world who have Ukrainian heritage.
There are a lot of people in the United States and Canada.
There are also people in Russia and Brazil,
Kazakhstan,
Moldova,
Argentina,
Belarus,
Germany,
Uzbekistan,
Romania,
Latvia,
Poland,
And throughout Western Europe,
Including the UK.
So just feeling into this wide range of countries all around the world.
I know there's a Ukrainian language podcast that I listened to that's based in Australia as well.
So people who have this heritage,
People who come from,
People who've lived and live their lives in Ukraine are all over the world.
So I invite you to join me in looking at this beautiful sunflower and sending our love as a circle,
All of us together with our connected energy today,
Sending love to everybody in the Ukrainian diaspora,
Hoping that they can connect with their heritage and their strength and their groundedness and their Ukrainian-ness,
I guess you could say,
That heart,
That beating heart that they all share.
This is not my heritage.
Well,
Probably not.
I'm not sure,
But I don't think it's much my heritage.
So I offer this as not a member of this group.
And you may or may not be a member of this group.
But either way,
I invite you to join me in sending our blessings and our love out across the Ukrainian diaspora.
In this moment,
While there is war,
But in every moment throughout time,
Sending love,
Sending,
Sending love.
And now I invite you,
I invite all of us to just let go,
Let go,
Let it go.
Let this love go out exactly where it needs to go and come back to this moment together as a circle.
I am grateful to you for doing this magic with me.
And I look forward to having you back to do even more.
May it be so.
