This is Daily Magic for Peace.
Today on Daily Magic for Peace,
We will descend into the earth and send healing directly where it is needed.
Welcome to the circle.
Welcome.
It's so good to have you with us today.
The only item you will need today is a bowl of salt.
You could also use a bowl of earth or even a plant if that is conveniently located maybe right next to you.
It's totally fine to not have an object.
It's totally fine to imagine an object.
But if you have something you can hold and touch,
That can make your connection to the earth just a little bit stronger.
Feel free to pause the episode now and go grab something.
So here we are.
We're together.
No matter where you are,
And no matter where I am at this moment you're listening to this,
We are in the same circle together.
With everybody else who joined us at this moment or in the future or even in the past,
We are creating a circle together through our intention.
Time and space don't matter because ritual transcends space and time.
So I invite you to take your seat in the circle and maybe look around and see who else is here in your mind's eye.
And just allow yourself to feel some connection and some gratitude for these people who've shown up with their beautiful hearts shining and their lovely little bowls of salt or plants.
And I invite you to spend the next few minutes with us doing a little magic.
What I invite you to do is to look around your space.
Wherever you are,
Just let your eyes wander and see how many things you can find that are square shaped.
Square shaped or rectangular.
A lot of things are rectangular in our world.
It's kind of how we build everything.
So you'll probably see a lot of objects that are square or rectangular.
And now,
How many are circular or round?
These might be a little harder to find,
But you'll see them too.
And notice how in just doing this simple exercise of looking for things,
Different shapes,
You're a little more present.
At least I am when I do this.
It brings me more into the immediate moment when I'm looking around my space and identifying these things.
That's one simple way to come into the moment and get our nervous system just slightly more regulated.
One way of grounding.
Our second way of grounding today will be to connect down to the earth,
Allowing a grounding cord to go down into the earth,
Allowing our connection to be strengthened to remember what it feels like to connect to the earth to just drop down and connect.
And when you found your connection to the earth,
And by the way,
It's okay to imagine it if you can't feel it,
It's okay to just imagine it.
Once you found that connection or you're imagining that connection,
I invite you to place your hands on your low back or think about your low back if you don't want to use your hands and feel where your kidneys are,
Your kidneys.
And at the very top of each kidney,
You most likely have an adrenal gland.
Our adrenal glands are responsible for providing us with adrenaline,
Of course,
Which is one of the major stress hormones.
And we need adrenaline.
And sometimes our bodies run a little too much adrenaline and we can get a little drained.
So I invite you to connect to that space in you where the adrenal glands are and to allow little tiny grounding cords to go down from the adrenals,
Down into that big grounding cord you have into the earth.
And just allow those parts of your body to start to release and maybe take a breath.
And since we're connected to the earth,
I invite you in your mind to say the name of the indigenous peoples who are from this earth,
This land,
This part of the world that you're on.
And maybe it's your people,
Maybe it's not your people.
But if you know the names of the peoples who are here,
Who maybe are still here,
Say them out loud or in your mind and give some honoring and some love to them.
And know that your people,
If you're not of the tribe from the land you're on,
Your people had an indigenous history as well somewhere on the planet.
So you can honor them as well,
Your ancestors,
Your indigenous ancestors,
Your own indigenous ancestors.
And I invite you to take your bowl of salt or your bowl of earth or your plant and allow yourself to just touch,
Touch the salt,
Touch the earth.
Feel that solidity.
It's a richness.
And as you hold this salt or this plant or this bowl of earth,
I invite you to drop your consciousness even further down into the earth beneath you.
Feel the wholeness,
The completeness,
The nurturance that's there,
The hope,
The potential that's there inside the earth,
That rich,
Nurturing earth energy.
And now let's send it.
We can send it directly to the area of Ukraine and Russia.
We could send it directly to anybody who's on the planet.
There are lots of places on the planet that could use healing.
But right now,
Today,
My thoughts turn very,
Very much to the people in Ukraine and Russia.
And I'm sending that love through the earth,
Asking that it nurture everybody there,
That they get anything that they need,
Anything that they need,
Anything that they need,
Anything that they need and everything that they need and everything that they need.
Let that rich,
Nurturing earth energy surround them and help them,
Support them,
Send them love,
Send them groundedness.
And you can see this happening in any color you want,
In any dimension you want,
However it appears to you.
When you got a hold of the sense of it,
Let it grow.
Just let it grow.
Just let it grow.
Let it surround the place you're sending it to.
Let it bring love and harmony and justice.
Just let it grow.
And when you're ready,
I invite you to take a breath.
Give gratitude to the bowl of salt or earth or plant you are holding.
And I want to thank you so much for being with us today.

Your energy and your heart make all the difference in healing our world.
