Find a comfortable position either sitting up or lying down.

Just be sure not to listen to this recording while you're driving.

And ideally allow yourself some time to be undisturbed.

Turn off your phone.

Get comfortable.

You can light a candle if you like.

Put on some light background music if you choose.

You can hold a crystal,

But none of that is necessary.

Just getting into a very comfortable position and taking a deep breath in.

And exhaling.

And setting an intention to connect,

To relax,

To allow your subconscious mind to open in all directions of time and space.

Know that anybody can remember.

Everybody can remember their past lives.

And feeling your body supported on the chair or the bed.

Noticing the body parts that are touching and allowing them to feel very heavy as you sink down deeply.

And allowing my voice to help you relax deeper and deeper into a very relaxed and peaceful state.

Knowing that you are in complete control.

At any time you can come back to your normal waking state by simply opening your eyes.

And at that time you'll come back feeling wonderful,

Relaxed and refreshed.

But if you're ready to relax,

Feeling yourself sinking down deeply and allowing the scalp to relax.

Feeling the muscles in your forehead to let go,

To release any tension.

Feeling the back of your head very relaxed.

Taking a deep breath in and allowing all of your muscles to relax.

Relax the muscles of your scalp,

Your forehead,

The back of your head,

Behind your eyes,

The jaw,

Your neck and your shoulders releasing.

Settling down deeper.

Feeling very peaceful and very comfortable.

Allowing the muscles to relax.

Feeling your shoulders and your arms,

Feeling the upper back relax and the middle back and the lower back.

Relaxing your legs and the muscles in your stomach.

Feeling your breathing to become deep and comfortable.

With each breath in,

Allowing yourself to relax deeper still.

And imagining a beautiful light right above the top of your head.

You may see it or feel it or sense it.

Knowing that this is a light of loving,

Healing energy.

It'll heal you on all levels,

Physical,

Emotional,

Spiritual.

Imagining this light coming in through the top of the head and filling the brain and the spinal cord as you relax down deep.

Feeling this beautiful light easing any tension,

Slowing down your conscious mind and erasing thoughts begin to settle and relax.

As this light continues to move down behind the eyes.

Relaxing and releasing the tiny little muscles behind your eyes.

Feeling very deeply relaxed as this light continues to move down into your jaw.

Relaxing and releasing those muscles,

Letting go of any tension you've been holding onto.

As it continues down the neck,

Coming to your shoulders,

Releasing any tension,

Lifting up any weight,

Anything you've been holding onto in this area as you feel lighter and go deeper still.

Feeling very peaceful as this light continues to move down the upper back,

The middle back,

And the lower back.

Imagine this beautiful light moving down the chest and into your heart,

Your beautiful heart,

Allowing it to heal any old sadness,

Any grief,

Any fear that you've been holding onto.

If any emotion comes up at any time during this session,

Allow it to just pass easily out of the body.

Don't try to hold it down.

Anything that comes up is ready to be released.

Feeling your heartbeat,

Becoming aware of your heart beating.

Feeling your heart beating this beautiful loving light out into every cell,

Every atom,

Every tissue,

Every muscle and tendon in your body,

Healing any pain,

Discomfort,

Illness,

Allowing the light to deepen your state of relaxation.

You're already feeling very deeply peaceful and calm.

You're having any conscious thoughts,

Allowing each thought to help you relax into a deeper state of peace and comfort,

Allowing any noises in your environment to take you deeper still.

Feeling this light moving down into the belly,

And as you take a deep breath in,

Filling the belly with light and continuing down over the pelvis and the front and the back,

Filling the entire pelvic region with loving,

Healing energy.

This is an area where trauma can get stored,

So allowing the light to begin to move any energy that's been stuck in this area.

Taking a deep breath in,

Feeling the energy beginning to move and flow easily and effortlessly and fill with this wonderful,

Brilliant light.

You feel very,

Very calm as it moves down your legs and into your feet.

You can imagine now your entire body filled with this loving,

Healing energy from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Imagine yourself now surrounded in a beautiful bubble of light,

Enveloped in a beautiful cocoon of light.

You feel very safe and protected as you sink down even deeper.

I want you to imagine yourself now at the top of a beautiful staircase.

There are 10 steps down.

I'm going to count from 10 down to 1.

With each number that I speak,

You'll take a step down.

With each step down,

You find yourself relaxing deeper and deeper.

Number 10,

You find yourself at the top of this beautiful staircase,

9,

You take a step down as you sink even deeper,

8,

At the bottom,

There's a doorway surrounded by light that will lead you to another time.

7,

Feeling very completely relaxed and at peace.

6,

Moving down towards the door.

5,

Knowing that you're no longer limited by your conscious memory.

You're no longer limited by space or time.

4,

Knowing that you can remember everything in all directions of time or space.

3,

You can see the door very clearly now.

2,

You're almost there.

1,

You stand now directly in front of this door,

A bright light shining all around it.

You can reach out and touch it.

Notice if it feels warm or cool.

What is it made of?

You can look at it and notice if anywhere on this door you can see or feel the name of a place or a date.

Just allowing it to come into your awareness.

And if it doesn't,

That's okay.

And I'm going to count from 5 down to 1.

And as I do,

The door will begin to swing open and you'll find yourself moving through.

There's a brilliant white light shining all the way around the door.

4,

The door begins to gently open.

3,

The light is very bright.

2,

You step through into the light.

1,

Allowing things to come into clarity.

I'm going to count from 3 down to 1 and snap my fingers.

3,

2,

1.

Allowing it to come in clearly.

Looking down at your feet,

What are you wearing?

Shoes,

Boots,

Animal skins or furs?

Are you barefoot?

Are you inside or outside?

Is it day or night?

Looking at your clothes,

Do they give you any clue?

Are you a man or a woman?

A child or an adult?

Looking at your hands,

You can hold them out in front of you.

Again,

Do they appear to be the hands of an adult or a child?

Do they have any markings,

Jewelry?

Are you wearing anything that gives you any indication of your social status or where in the world you are?

Looking around,

Tuning in to the sights,

The sounds,

Any smells in this place.

What is the energy like?

What is happening?

Do you appear to be in a city,

In the mountains,

On a beach,

In the countryside?

Are there other people with you?

If it feels like you're making this up,

Know that that is perfectly fine.

Allow your imagination to flow like that of a child.

Tuning in to the plants,

The trees,

The architecture.

You're able to move freely throughout this scene.

If there are other people there,

You can talk to them and they may be able to answer your questions.

Where in the world are you?

What is the name of this place?

Allowing it to come clearly into your consciousness.

Knowing that it may just appear in your mind's eye.

You may hear somebody say the name of the place.

You may see it written.

In what time is it?

What is the date or the year?

Again,

Allowing it to come in clearly.

Being open to how it shows up.

Do you simply know?

Does somebody say the date?

Is there perhaps a newspaper?

Why has your subconscious mind chosen to take you to this particular lifetime of all of the many lives that you've lived?

What's important?

I know that time is different in this place that you're visiting.

You're able to make all of the connections,

To receive all of the answers that you need in the time that you're there.

Is it as if you are witnessing the scene as if you're watching a movie?

Or do you experience it from inside the body?

And what is your name in this lifetime?

What is your job?

What is your role in your community,

In your family?

When you find that you're able to move either forward or backwards in time,

You're able to go to significant life events and you're able to understand from this higher perspective what these events mean,

What their significance is,

And how they may still be affecting you in your current lifetime.

Who is your family in that lifetime?

I'm going to count from three down to one and snap my fingers and you'll move to the family home.

Three,

Two,

One.

You move to the family home.

Who else lives there?

What is your role in that home?

Do you work outside of the home?

Do you have children?

If you're a child,

Who are your parents and what do they do?

Do you have siblings?

Is there anyone in that family with whom you share your current lifetime?

If you're uncertain,

You can look deeply into their eyes.

Are there people who intact you?

Again,

Are you allowing yourself to move forward or backward in that lifetime?

Are there any people in that lifetime from your current life?

You can find them now.

Are you allowing yourself to move forward or backward in that lifetime?

And you can move now to the last day of that life.

As I count from three down to one,

Three,

Two,

One.

You go now to the end of that life and become aware of how you died.

Were you young or old?

Was your death expected or sudden?

Was there an illness or an accident?

Were you alone or were there other people around you?

You can float above the body now,

Feeling very light and peaceful as you look down.

From this place above,

You're able to review that lifetime.

What was important about that particular life?

What were the lessons that you were meant to learn?

What were the important soul contracts?

What were the important things that you were meant to learn?

Was there anything from that particular lifetime that is holding you back in your current life?

And if so,

You can set the intention to dissolve those cords or you can call on your spirit guides or angels to dissolve the cords to anything that's limiting you or blocking you from achieving your soul's highest purpose in this lifetime.

What were the soul's lessons in that lifetime in regards to love or fear or scarcity,

Generosity?

How do those life lessons relate to your current life's lessons?

I know that even after you come back to your full waking awareness,

You'll continue to have deepening insights and understanding.

The healing will continue on a subconscious level.

And in a moment,

I'm going to count from one up to 10.

And at the number 10,

You'll open your eyes and find yourself wide awake,

Alert and refreshed,

Feeling absolutely wonderful back in your full waking awareness.

Number one,

Two,

Beginning to gently come back into the body.

Three,

Beginning to wiggle the fingers and toes.

Four,

Bringing back with you anything you need to become consciously aware of.

Five,

Knowing that the healing continues to happen on a deep subconscious level.

Six,

Know that in the coming days and weeks and months,

You'll continue to have deepening insights and understanding.

Seven,

Coming back into your physical body.

Eight,

You can remember everything.

Nine,

Knowing that every time you repeat this exercise,

You find it easier to relax more and more deeply.

Ten,

Coming all the way back into the physical body,

Taking a deep breath in,

Stretching,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

Feeling very relaxed and refreshed,

Yet very awake and aware.

Feeling wonderful.

And all the way back.

Wow, so many thoughts on this. Great induction. I felt it was a great pace and the voice was so relaxing. I saw a past life but struggled with some of the details. I died alone and came back to consciousness sobbing. I know this was a deeply healing event. I will be doing this one again and again. Thank you 🙏❤️
