This was really calming and I appreciated the end where she encourages us to offer ourselves gratitude for showing up. It isn’t always easy to take a moment of calm when everything feels so heavy and overwhelming.

I found the teacher’s voice soothing. I was a bit skeptical that counting my breaths would be helpful for me this morning because I have a lot on my mind but the whole practice was very effective. I definitely feel calmer. Many thanks for offering this.
