Welcome,

My name's Sienna and this is your guided meditation for peace.

Peace isn't passive,

It's the courage to rest,

To receive,

To trust.

Peace can only be found in the present,

So take a deep breath in,

Expanding your belly,

Exhale slowly,

Sighing out any tension.

Feel the weight of your body surrendering to the surface beneath you.

Can you in this moment acknowledge that you are safe,

That there is nowhere else you need to be,

No one you need to become.

Let the guards drop,

Let the face soften,

Let anticipation fall away.

With every breath,

Feel yourself melting into the earth,

As if you are dissolving into her embrace.

Like a caterpillar turning to liquid in a cocoon,

Releasing all attachment to stories,

Patterns,

Identity.

You are nothing but breath and sensation.

Now visualize a soft white light glowing at your center.

With each inhale,

Draw it towards your spine,

Nourishing yourself.

With each exhale,

Let it radiate outwards,

Naturally illuminating the world around you.

Let every breath be your reminder that it's safe to nourish yourself first,

That peace is your birthright,

Your natural state.

Cooling into your mind's eye,

A time where you have experienced deep peace and presence now.

Bringing in the sounds,

The textures,

The flavors of this experience.

Allowing yourself to totally immerse yourself,

Drinking it in through all of your senses,

Cooling those feelings into this moment.

Hold on to this stillness for a few more breaths,

Allowing it to settle deep into your being.

Drawing your awareness down into the body,

Drinking in every drop of this nectar,

Anchoring into the sensations.

And then when you're ready to return,

Carrying this peace with you.
