Welcome!

This meditation is if you feel restless or if you want to find inner peace.

So find a quiet place where you feel comfy.

Sit or lie down,

Close your eyes and begin to observe your breath.

Feel the gentle flow of your breath.

With each exhalation release all tension within you.

So take one more deep breath and imagine you're standing at the threshold of a snowy forest.

The trees are covered in white snow and everything is calm and peaceful.

With each breath you take a step into this peaceful forest and feel the stillness and peace working on you.

Continue walking and notice a clearing ahead where the soft light of the moon breaks through.

In the middle of the clearing you will see a bench.

Go there and sit down.

Then feel the moonlight nourishing and calming your body.

And as you sit,

Breathe deeply and imagine that as you exhale all the energy you no longer need flows out of you and sinks into the snow on the ground.

Take a few deep breaths.

Feel a wave of relief and peace flowing through you.

Now center yourself on the stillness and peace within and around you.

Perceive the stillness as a soft,

Warm light spreading from your heart and enveloping your entire body.

You feel safe,

Secure and in peace.

You're still sitting on this bench,

Feeling the warm light from the moon.

Maybe hear something in the forest,

Feel the ground under your shoes and spend the last few minutes in the stillness within and around you.

Be grateful for your ability to find and experience this deep inner peace.

You are this state of calm and serenity.

When you're ready,

Slowly return to your body and feel the ground beneath you and the gentle tingling of your skin.

Gently move your fingers and toes.

Stretch your whole body and slowly open your eyes.

Carry the fulfilling peace that you experienced in this meditation out into your world.
