Welcome to my meditation The Sound of Your Thoughts.

Begin this meditation by finding a comfortable place where you can completely relax.

This place should be quiet and free of distractions.

You should feel completely safe and secure.

Lie or sit comfortably,

Making yourself as comfortable as possible.

Now when you're ready,

Gently close your eyes and allow your body and mind to completely relax.

Now use your exhalation to mentally and physically release all the stress of the day.

With your subsequent inhalations,

Absorb the peace,

Serenity and safety of the moment deeply within yourself.

Now I would like to invite you on a journey to The Sound of Your Thoughts.

Follow my voice and let it guide you.

So,

Visualize a wide and open landscape.

Perhaps a field gently swaying in the wind or a calm lake glistening in the sun.

You're here all alone in this peaceful place.

Your shoulders relax and you feel completely free and carefree.

In the silence,

Quiet sounds begin to surround you.

Maybe the gentle rustling of leaves,

The rippling of water or maybe you can hear birds.

Each note blends harmoniously into the overall picture,

Becoming part of the peaceful landscape of your thoughts.

Now we allow this sound to grow and multiply.

An orchestra of natural sounds such as birdsong,

The gentle lapping of waves or the whispering of the wind arises in your mind.

Imagine a sound you particularly like and make it even clearer.

Perhaps it is the sound of water running over stones,

The song of a special bird or the drumming of raindrops on the leaves of the trees.

Feel how this sound connects with you,

Bringing you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.

Now surrender yourself completely to these sounds.

Let them carry you.

You're like a leaf drifting gently on the surface of a still lake.

The sounds that surround you grow stronger and you become a part of them and the harmonious whole.

This space full of sounds nourishes you,

Fills you with freshness and energy.

You immerse yourself into this sea of sounds,

Letting yourself be carried by its waves.

Each sound washes away a worry from you,

Bringing you deeper into a state of relaxation.

Enjoy the feeling of complete peace within you.

The sounds begin to fade,

Retreating as if the wind were gently carrying them away.

You become aware of the silence that remains,

A pleasant,

Calm silence that envelops you comfortably.

Now with this deep and peaceful silence within you,

Slowly begin to become aware of your physical surroundings again.

Notice your breathing,

Feel your body on the surface,

Perhaps even activate it a little by putting some strength in your hands or gently moving your feet and mindfully turning your head from side to side.

Follow your inner feeling and when you're ready,

Follow your inner feeling and when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Take a moment to enjoy the images and sensations of this meditation.

Feel how the sounds and the calm they bring resonate in your mind.

You can take these sensations with you into your everyday life and return to this healing world of tones and sounds at any time.
