Welcome to this guided journey to connect to your higher self, Soul, Self, Whatever term you most resonate with. To begin with, Breathing in a way that feels comfortable for you, Allowing your breath to deepen naturally, Finding a rhythm that feels good for you, Taking a few moments and just breathing, Taking your focus and attention into your body. Really, Really good. Again, Allowing that breath to naturally deepen, Taking extra time to pay attention to the sensations of the air flowing in and out, Allowing yourself to come into center in this present moment, Taking your focus and attention away from anything else that's going on, Reminding yourself that you are taking this space to go within, That you are taking this space to connect to an aspect of yourself that is expansive, An aspect of yourself that is deeply connected into source, Into universe, Into God, Again, Whatever you resonate with here. Breathing, Grounding deeper into your body. Really, When we desire to expand into deeper levels of our consciousness, Moving deeply into our body, Into the present moment, Allows us the stability we need to expand on those higher levels of consciousness. So grounding into your body, Centering, Practicing becoming present, All help to open your intuition and expand your connection to the divine. Really, Really good. Again, Maybe noticing where you're holding any tension in your body, Just shaking that out a little bit, Breathing into it, Sensing or imagining that area of your body relaxing deeper now, Maybe even smiling gently. There is no pressure. There is no force. There is simply opening and allowing. As you let go of these ego needs to control or force or achieve a certain outcome or experience, You sink deeper into your truth, Into your presence, And you allow yourself to open wider to your intuition and divine connection, Reminding yourself it's safe to release control. It's safe to release expectation. And it's safe to simply open to this experience unfolding in any way that is best for me today. We're going to begin to visualize, Sense, Or imagine a pillar of light. This pillar or column of light extends through your midline, Through that area where your chakras line up, Where your spine is. This is your energetic connection above and below. This column of light expands below your feet, Through the layers of the earth, All the way to the center of the earth. We're going to take a moment to feel into this, Feel, Sense, Or imagine what it would feel like to have this intrinsic energetic connection with the earth. Sense or imagine taking your focus and attention to the soles of your feet, Deepening this connection now, Maintaining that breath, That steady in and out at whatever rhythm feels good for you, And sensing, Imagining, Or feeling your connection, Your energetic roots growing deep into the earth, Wide into the earth, And anchoring you with the center of the earth. Really good. We're now going to visualize, Sense, Or imagine that pillar or column of light extending above your head, Extending again through the layers of light, Extending all the way up into source light, Visualizing, Sensing, Or imagining this connection above and below, Helping you to be even more centered in the present moment, Even more connected and engaged with the unseen realms, Engaged with the unseen aspects of self. Really, Really good breathing. We're now going to take our focus and attention down to the solar plexus, Just in and around, A little below the belly button. In this energy center, We are going to expand our awareness, Expand our capacity, And expand our perception of who we really are, Creating more space for this awareness of this higher self, This soul self aspect. You can place your hands just on your lower abdomen if that feels good, Or one hand, And we're just going to breathe in this space. I am open to expand my capacity to perceive the truth of who I really am. I am ready to more deeply know myself. I am ready to more deeply know my soul essence, To understand myself, To receive higher consciousness perception of my life and myself. Breathing into this energetic space really, Really good. So we're taking time to clarify these energetic channels so that when we are opening to this connection with the higher self or soul self, It allows this really smooth flow of energy and information. It is safe to expand my perception of self. It is safe to expand what it means to be me. We're going to visualize, Sense, Or imagine those intentions and that openness we are creating in the solar plexus chakra is helping to anchor your energy more deeply, Helping to anchor and ground your energy. Really really good. We're going to breathe for just a few more moments with this. We're setting the intention now to expand your capacity to receive insight and awareness from your higher self, Visualizing, Sensing, Or imagining a sparkly ruby red, This beautiful deep red with gold within it. This is the frequency of safety and security. This is also the frequency of the divine feminine. As you're breathing, Visualizing, Sensing, Or imagining that that pillar of light, That column of light that connects you above and below is being filled and saturated in this beautiful sparkly ruby red light. It's filling up that pillar of light from below, From the earth, Filling up this energy of safety, Security, And support. It's safe to explore the unknown. It's safe to move deeper into my truth. It's safe to expand my perception, Expand my perception of myself and of my reality. Really good. And as you're breathing, Allow the energy of joy to activate slightly. As that ruby red, That sparkly ruby red fills up your pillar of light and reaches to your solar plexus, Feel, See, Sense, Or imagine the joy of what it means to know yourself deeper, The joy of what it means to embody more of your authentic truth, The joy of what it means to access your intuition, Access your soul design through this energetic connection and this focus and intention on your higher self. We are welcoming in and inviting in the joyful inner child, This aspect of your inner child that is vibrant, That is joyful. Really, Really good. Welcoming in this joyful inner child. As we're moving up that solar plexus, Filling up with that sparkly ruby red energy, Filling up with that safety and security, Saturating and filling up that joyful inner child with that safety and security, The joyful inner child helps us to open and expand in the heart chakra. The joyful inner child leads the way to the higher self through this curiosity, This openness and this willingness to explore and expand. Really, Really good. So we're going to visualize, Sense, Or imagine. We're now taking our focus and attention up, Still through that pillar of light. We're going up in and around that heart chakra. We're sending gratitude to that joyful inner child. We're sending gratitude to that sparkly ruby red energy, That divine mother, That divine support, Rising up from the earth, Filling us up energetically, Giving us what we need so we can expand up into higher frequencies, Higher consciousness, Higher perceptions. Really, Really good. Breathing with this. We're going to visualize, Sense, Or imagine now. We're going to expand our energy in our heart chakra, Expand our intention to connect to our higher self, Expand our gratitude to our joyful inner child for helping to lead the way. In this space of our heart chakra, We're going to visualize, Sense, Or imagine a golden energetic gateway or a doorway. And through this doorway, Through this gateway, We are going to step into the space of our higher self. We're going to visualize, Sense, Or imagine. We are stepping into this sacred space, Just allowing this to unfold for you. There's no right or wrong. If you find yourself trying to think about it, Trying to figure it out, Just connect in with that joyful inner child. I wonder what this sacred space of my higher self looks like. I wonder what this sacred space of my soul self looks and feels like to me. This is unique to you. Allow yourself to relax and feel into it. What does the frequency of your higher self feel like? What are the qualities? Allow yourself to just take a moment in this sacred space of your higher self. Just notice what comes up for you today. Really really good. So from here, We are going to set the intention, Open that heart chakra even wider, Visualize sense or imagine that golden energetic doorway, Gateway opening a little bit more, And invite in your higher self into this space. I invite my higher self into this space now, Visualize, Sense, Or imagine your higher self joining you and your joyful inner child in this space. I'm going to remind your physical body again too because this might be a new experience for you or this might be similar to what you've experienced before, But we are training and recalibrating our nervous system to hold more of our truth, More of our expanded consciousness. So we are reminding our body, It is safe, It is safe to explore, It is safe to expand. It is safe to see. Really really good. Visualize sense or imagine sitting in this place with your higher self, Who may show up the same every time you visit them or may show up differently depending what you need. I'm going to stay silent for about five minutes and just take some time connecting or asking any questions to your higher self, Anything you might need a higher perspective on, Any guidance you are looking for or healing you are looking for. Beautiful. Now in this space, Sending gratitude to your higher self, Sending gratitude to that joyful inner child aspect. Visualize sense or imagine just having a group hug with this joyful inner child and this higher self. Allowing these energies to integrate into your present moment reality, Allowing these parts of self to fuse together, Allowing your frequency to shift. Really really good. Visualize sense or imagine your heart chakra opening and expanding as you once again turn around, Step through that golden energetic gateway, That golden doorway, In through your heart chakra. Breathing that beautiful joyful energy into your heart chakra. Sending gratitude to yourself, To every single cell of your body. Really really really good. So we're just going to gently bring that energy all the way down. We're going to bring that consciousness, That frequency, Everything that you worked with today. We're going to anchor it down and through that midline, Down and through the soles of your feet, Anchoring it all the way down and through into the center of the earth. Really good. We're going to breathe in this grounding energy and we're sending gratitude to that joyful inner child for their assistance today. Really good. Visualizing, Sensing or imagining your energetic roots growing deep and wide into the earth. And then pulling your focus and attention back into your heart chakra, Into your center. I am centered. I am present. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Taking a moment to yourself and just allowing this self-gratitude, This self-compassion to settle in and through your cells. And then whenever you feel ready, Just wiggle your fingers and toes and coming all the way back.
