Through conscious activated breathing, gentle facilitation, and a short gratitude meditation, you will be invited to release emotional tension, soften the heart, and reconnect with a deeper sense of compassion, presence, and inner harmony. This practice is especially supportive if you are carrying stress, emotional heaviness, conflict, attachment, or the need to return to yourself after giving too much energy away. Allow the breath to guide you back into your body, back into your heart, and back into a more grounded connection with yourself and the people around you.
