So take a moment.

Just allow yourself to settle into a comfortable position.

It's gonna be done either seated or lying down or reclined.

And just notice how your body feels as you settle into this place of comfort.

This opportunity for rest.

This moment that you have carved out for yourself.

And because this is for you in this moment,

Anything that's happened before this moment,

Anything that will happen after this moment,

Let go of any thoughts attached to past or future and just be present with the breath.

Allowing yourself to be fully invested in the breath,

Just as you have invested this time for yourself.

Allow your breathing to begin to slow down gradually.

Noticing the freshness that the air brings to your body and find a sense of peace in this gradual slowing down of the breath.
