Hello there and welcome to your daily drop of gratitude.

In the next few minutes we'll pause,

Breathe,

And connect with gratitude for something simple yet so profound in our lives.

So settle in and let's make a moment of appreciation together.

Day two.

Gratitude for the body.

Bring awareness to your body.

Notice the way that it supports you,

Whether you're lying down or sitting in a chair or even standing.

Even if it's not perfect,

Even if your body carries challenges,

Just notice the way your body supports you.

Silently thank your feet for carrying you,

Your hands for helping you to create,

To touch,

To feel,

Your heart for beating without any effort,

Your beautiful eyes,

Your ears,

Your ability to taste,

Your ability to smell.

Offer your body a gentle,

Kind,

Thank you for all that it does,

Seen and unseen.

This beautiful vessel of ours carries our spirit day by day,

Moment by moment.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Dear body,

For all that you do.

And thank you for taking the time to nurture gratitude.

As you move through your day,

Carry this sense of appreciation for your body with you.

Remember that gratitude is always within reach.

All we need to do is pause and notice.
