Hello,
Beautiful being.
I know it has been some time since I last guided you in a practice,
But I am so happy to be here with you today.
I hope you have been well and are continuing to take time to be in the movement of this stance of life.
Today I wanted to guide you through a practice to welcome your day with love,
Understanding,
And presence.
If you are doing this practice in the middle of the day,
That is wonderful too.
This is purely a moment to be in your space,
To ground and enjoy.
I often like to start my day by sitting at my meditation space,
Palms facing up to the sky as they rest on my knees.
And please feel free to find whatever position feels comfortable for you.
And remember this space is entirely for you to come home to your heart.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and hold and out and hold.
And another deep breath in and hold and out and hold.
And one more deep breath in,
Just breathing in the new day in this moment and out with anything that may have carried over from the day before.
And as you come into a greater awareness of your breath,
Just take a moment to recognize the body that is holding you up,
The body that is breathing,
The body that will carry you through every step of your day here on earth,
The body that has carried you to this very moment with its love and admiration for your existence,
Its resilience and natural beauty.
As you close your eyes now,
Just recognize the space you are in as a pillar of support for this moment that is you,
This life that surrounds you and breathes with you in this very moment in time,
The gravity that hugs you home as you walk through this day ahead,
The nature that called your life form into existence.
Wherever you may be,
I would like you to lift your head up to the sky and repeat after me as we welcome this day,
This moment.
I understand this day is brand new.
I forgive and let go of yesterday.
When I fall asleep tonight,
I know I will look back in gratitude for the wonderful day I had.
Today I may have moments where I forget to act from my heart,
But I am going to go easier on myself.
I am worthy of the day ahead.
I can do this.
I trust I am being guided in every moment by source that is me and all around me.
I trust that I will learn more about my being today.
I know that I am accepted for being no matter who may try to tell me different.
I am ready to witness each moment as life witnessing itself.
I am grateful for this day.
I am ready for this day.
At this moment,
I would like to give you some time to sit with these words.
Just be in your being.
Before we end this practice,
I would like you to set a small intention for your day.
This can be anything you'd like.
Whether it's being more conscious of what you are grateful for,
Whether it's making yourself a cup of coffee or tea with love and appreciation,
Anything that will offer a chance to give love to the nature that is you.
I am sending my love to you and your day today.
May it be filled with moments that help you understand the gift that you are just for being.
