Hello beautiful being.

I am so grateful to share this short practice with you today.

This practice is wonderful for those who need a small moment at the beginning,

Middle,

Or end of the day to center and release what may not be serving us.

Go ahead and take a moment to feel the sensations of the body that are coming up for you.

You may be feeling a tightness or soreness from the day.

Maybe a desire to jump out of the body,

A buzz of worry.

Just let yourself feel it at this moment.

You may notice your mind start to wander and run through an endless list of to-do's or things that have happened or may happen.

Just let those come up too.

Allow your thoughts to run through you and know it's okay.

To begin this practice of letting go today,

We're going to sit and straighten the spine.

Try and visualize yourself like a tree with your spine planted into the earth,

Strong and steady roots.

Go ahead and lift your head up towards the sky as if you are still that tree reaching upward toward the stars,

Unshakable and alive.

Close your eyes now and take a deep breath in through the nose.

And out.

Just let yourself sink into this moment.

Know that relief is on its way.

Go ahead and take another breath in through your nose and try your best to feel the energy and try your best to feel the sensations of the air coming in through your nose,

Down your throat,

Filling your lungs and out again.

We're going to sit here for a moment and do our best to be in this stillness.

If thoughts start to come in,

Just imagine them like clouds overhead,

Just passing by.

Try your best not to hang on to these clouds of thoughts or judgments.

Just let them pass and witness your sky slowly clearing.

If it helps,

Just come back to the sensations of the breath and let them go,

Let them pass.

So love,

Do you remember other moments when you have felt like this?

When you felt that you couldn't possibly let go or make it to the next day?

When life felt overwhelming with no signs of rest?

I am here to remind you that the reason you are here in this moment is because you did make it.

Because you did make it.

You did keep breathing.

You have kept breathing.

You have survived 100% of the days on this earth you have lived.

And you are wiser and know love because of it.

You are still strong.

You are still wise.

You are still enough.

You still have more life to witness,

To enjoy,

To embrace.

You still have more moments to sit in the stillness and calm.

And the sky will clear again.

It is okay to give yourself these moments of reminder,

These moments to witness our breath and be conscious of the silence that is never ending,

No matter the list of to-do's.

It is our birthright to be still,

To breathe.

Go ahead and take one more breath in and feel the air fill your being and let it out.

Let it go.

Release as best you can what is not serving you today and open your eyes to this moment.

And arrive here in your body,

Clear heart,

Clear sky.

I hope this practice gave you a moment of peace in your day.

May this morning,

This afternoon,

This evening bring you peace.

May you move with it one mindful moment at a time and know just how loved you are.

You are enough just for being.
