Explore MeditationI am a woman who walks through the world with wonder. I find immense meaning in everyday small experiences of beauty and my connection to others and life. I have experienced extraordinary challenges in my own life and have discovered wisdom, strength, and compassion through my own healing and transformation, and also in the journeys I have walked with hundreds of other beautiful beings as they discover their own capacity for transformation. My services, writings, and teachings are reflections and gifts offered to me on my own journey, and sharing and offering them to others is my gift back to life, and also one of the greatest joys and passions of my life. I was traditionally trained as a trauma therapist specializing in somatic release, and found exceptional benefits for clients in incorporating innovative paths through my understanding of body energetics and somatics as a yoga teacher and Reiki/energetic practitioner. In the work that I do in this space, I bring in the knowledge and wisdom from my own life, the many roles I have walked with others, and the understanding of what brings the greatest long-term transformation. I believe that YOU are the expert of your own life, not me, and that you should always be in the driver’s seat of the journey we travel together in our sessions.
