We will be supported by the potent energy of the full moon and by Source energy as we solidify and release our intentions, let go of anything no longer serving us, and clarifying how we can support ourselves alongside Source to create and bring to realisation or dream life.

Hello,

And thank you for joining me for this Full Moon Meditation.

Full Moon Energy is all about rebirth,

Renewal and solidifying any new intentions made during the New Moon phase.

If you took part in any intention setting rituals at the time of the New Moon,

Now is the time to be crystallizing those.

If you didn't set any intentions,

Or complete any particular rituals,

That's fine too.

Let's just go into this meditation with the intention to move forward with peace and positivity,

And be open to allowing all and any shifts to occur with the knowing that the universe,

Or source,

Or God,

However you like to refer to it,

Is working for our highest will and good.

Let's just surrender.

Let's get comfortable now,

Whether that be on a chair or couch,

On the floor,

In a bed,

Or in a dedicated meditation seat that you may have.

Take a moment to ensure that you are comfortable with no distractions.

This is your time now.

For the next little period of time,

While you are here with me,

There is nowhere else you need to be,

Nothing else you need to be doing,

And nothing for you to think about.

This is your sacred time.

When you feel ready and you're comfortable,

You can either close your eyes or just soften your gaze,

And in a moment I'll guide you through some healing deep breaths.

We'll be inhaling through the nose,

Filling your body with rejuvenating oxygen,

And then letting it go slowly through the mouth.

Nice and slow,

Nice and controlled,

And as we exhale we will simultaneously be letting go of any internal tension that you may be feeling.

All the stresses of your day disappearing with each breath that you take.

Let's go now inhale 1,

You can return to your regular breathing now,

Using your breath as a focal point if you find your mind wandering with thoughts.

Allow your brain to be like a highway with your thoughts like cars passing through but not stopping.

If you find yourself during this meditation wandering off with your thoughts,

Then all you need to do is bring your awareness back to your breathing and drop back into the meditative space.

No judgment on yourself,

Just allow yourself to come back to your breath.

Let's take a couple of minutes to scan through our body for any sources of tension.

Just noticing where we might be feeling it without judgment.

When you locate the tension,

Just allow yourself to release it.

No need to focus on it or think too much about it,

Just let it go.

You might feel it in your shoulders,

In your lower back,

In your hands or your jaw or your feet.

The moon's energy is a powerful feminine energy,

One that works with our creativity,

Fluidity,

Femininity and change.

The moon's energy affects our energy.

Allow yourself now to visualize your crown chakra,

Center or meridian opening wide open now.

Letting the energy of this beautiful full moon bathe you in her glorious light and energy.

You are connected to moon and moon is connected to you.

And not only are you connected to moon but you are also connected to every other soul that is meditating under this full moon tonight.

We are all connected to the moon and therefore connected to each other which not only raises our own vibration but raises the collective vibration across this planet.

Imagine a beam of moonlight shining down onto you and entering your body through your crown filling every cell of your body with magical energy.

Take a couple of moments now to really breathe in that incredible renewing energy.

Letting the energy of this moon bathe you in her glorious light and energy.

Let's focus now on our intentions for the time ahead.

Releasing the past with gratitude for all it gave us and all it taught us.

What do you want out of your future?

For tomorrow?

Next week?

Next month?

Next year and beyond?

Who is the person you want to be?

What does your life look like?

How are you living as your true self?

If you have already sat in ritual with your intentions during the new moon,

Now is the time to bring them to your consciousness again.

Now is the time to be crystallizing those intentions with the support of the four moons energy.

You can ask the moon and the universe now for support in whatever way you need.

With those intentions in your mind,

Let's seal and release them to the universe.

You have made them.

Now it's time to turn them over to the universe and surrender to the process of them coming to fruition.

Repeat the following either out loud or in your head.

I release my intentions to the universe.

I surrender and trust that my highest will and good will be supported always.

I am deserving of all things meant for me.

I am grateful.

I will follow up my intentions with conscious actions.

We're going to repeat these.

Let's take three deep breaths again,

Breathing in that moon energy.

And then when you've done that,

Return to your regular breath.

The energy of the full moon is all about release,

Drawing things out of us that we may not have consciously known were there.

Let's sit with that for a little bit.

Think about what is no longer serving you.

What do you wish to let go of?

What do you wish to remove from your life?

How do you long to be free?

Perhaps it's a relationship that is no longer beneficial.

A job that has you feeling stagnant.

Perhaps it's an emotion or an energy that you've been holding onto that is no longer serving you.

So let's think about these.

What is no longer serving you?

What do you wish to let go of?

What do you wish to remove from your life?

How do you long to be free?

What do you wish to let go of?

What do you wish to let go of?

What do you wish to let go of?

What do you wish to let go of?

What do you wish to let go of?

What do you wish to let go of?

What do you wish to let go of?

With these thoughts in your mind now,

Let's release them.

You can say either out loud or in your head,

I let go of and then whatever it is that you wish to release.

If you have more than one thing that you wish to release,

Repeat them one after the other.

Take a few moments now to do this.

How do I see this work manifesting?

What challenges or blocks may I face and how will I overcome them?

Take a few moments now to think about these.

Let's take a few moments just to allow the moon energy to wash over us.

To sit with any emotions that have arisen within us.

Accepting that they are here and that they are ours and that they are allowed.

Allowing whatever resonates with us from tonight to resonate.

What is meant for you is correct.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Gently start to bring your awareness back to yourself now.

Go slowly,

Go gently as you've traveled deep into your soul tonight.

Return to regular breathing now and to help ground you start noticing all your senses.

What can you feel?

The surface underneath you whether that's a chair,

Couch,

Bed or the floor.

Can you feel the clothes on your body,

Perhaps a breeze coming through a window?

What can you hear?

The traffic outside,

The weather.

What can you smell?

Something cooking nearby?

Something outside?

And what can you taste?

Perhaps you've still got the delicious taste of the last meal you ate or the minty freshness of your toothpaste.

Let us take a moment to sit in gratitude,

Thankful to all the other souls who joined us with this meditation from across the world.

You may not have seen them,

You may not have known they were there but you're all connected by the moon and by the time and space that you've shared.

Thankful to the universe,

Source or guide for supporting us always in all ways.

Thankful to the moon for basking us in her magical energy and giving us the stability and security needed to put intentions into actions.
