Good morning.
Another sunrise has dawned and you are heading into a fresh new day.
New possibilities.
Let's take some time out now to get connected back in with yourself so you feel ready to face whatever today brings.
Get comfortable somewhere,
Sitting straight up but not tense.
Let your shoulders drop,
Let your jaw go soft.
You can close your eyes or just soften your gaze.
Let all your muscles relax.
Have your feet flat on the floor,
Helping to ground you to Mother Earth.
It might help you to visualize roots coming out of the bottoms of your feet and winding their way through every level of the Earth's core,
All the way down to the middle,
To the very center of the Earth,
Connecting you to Source,
Connecting you to every soul on this planet.
In a moment,
I'm going to guide you to take three deep,
Rejuvenating breaths.
We'll be going in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Nice and slow,
Nice and controlled,
And really notice as you do this how you can feel that fresh new morning oxygen working its way through your body,
Lighting up each single one of the cells.
Let's start now in through the nose,

Wonderful.
Return to your regular breathing pattern now.
Note how different you feel now that you've taken those three deep breaths to how you felt before we started.
Is there less tension in your body?
Do you feel more relaxed?
There's no right or wrong answer to that question.
How you feel is just simply how you feel.
Your mind is probably buzzing with a long list of things you want to get done today.
Let that go just for now.
It will all still be there when we're done.
Let any and all thoughts just float through as if they're passing cars on a highway.
If you find yourself wandering off and getting lost in those thoughts at any time,
Simply bring your awareness back to your breathing.
It's okay,
It happens.
Just for now we're going to sit quietly and simply be present within ourselves.
Breathe at your regular rate,
Allow thoughts to pass through and just enjoy this brief moment of solitude just for you.
Right now there's nowhere else you need to be,
Nothing else you need to do and nothing you need to think of.
This is your time.
While you are sitting and breathing,
Remind yourself of the following.
I am strong.
I am capable.
I am not alone.
I am loved unconditionally.
I am supported.
I am enough.
We're going to repeat them because I want that to sink in for you and you can say them either out loud or in your head.

There is no right or wrong.
Keep your eyes closed but just slowly start to bring your awareness back into your body.
Take a note of how you're feeling.
Start focusing on parts of your body.
Slowly and gently wriggle your fingers and toes.
Feel yourself drop back into your space and into your body.
Let's take another big deep breath in and out.
In and out.
And visualize those roots that connected you to the center of the earth coming back in.
Bringing with them all the amazing energy that the center of the earth holds.
Bringing that energy back into your body revitalizing you ready for the day ahead.
You're ready to hit into your day now so go ahead and when you're ready you can open your eyes.
