Welcome to this chakra healing meditation.

Welcome to this sacred space and this time for you.

For the next period of time while you are here with me there is nowhere else you need to be,

Nothing else you need to be doing and nothing else for you to think about.

During this meditation we will be traveling through a gentle and beautiful chakra cleanse meditation to help release any energetic blocks that may have formed and help align our body mind and soul back into a state of balance and wellness.

Let's start now by closing down our eyes and bringing our awareness to our breath.

You don't need to alter your breathing in any way,

Just simply notice how your natural rhythm is flowing.

Feel the cool air coming in as you inhale and the warm air leaving your body as you exhale.

Take a few moments to notice how your whole body feels and pick up on any spots that may be feeling any tension or discomfort and just let them relax.

Drop your shoulders,

Unclench and loosen your jaw,

Relax your tongue in your mouth and soften your hands and feet.

Take three deep breaths now to ground yourself into this space in through the nose and gently out through the mouth.

Picturing these breaths coming from the ground underneath you and traveling all the way up your body filling every cell in your body with fresh oxygen as you inhale and release tension and stress from the day as you exhale.

You can return to your regular breathing pace now.

If your mind starts to wander during this meditation at all you can simply bring your awareness back to this inhale and exhale the natural rhythm of your body.

We're going to start visualizing with our root chakra which is located at the very base of our spine the chakra of the I am affirmation.

When this area is unbalanced you can have feelings of anxiousness,

Insecurity,

Being ungrounded,

Unsafe or aggressive.

Breathe into this area now and visualize a beautiful red glow over this space.

As you breathe into this area repeat the following affirmations either out loud or in your head.

I am safe.

I am secure.

I am centered.

I am grounded.

I am happy to be alive.

I am safe.

Continue to breathe into this area visualizing that red glowing light over the space repeating those affirmations in your head.

Let's move upwards now to the sacral chakra.

This is located over our sacrum or womb space.

A very important space for women and creators of life but equally as important for men.

This is the chakra of the I feel affirmation.

When this space is unbalanced you can feel overly emotional,

Manipulative,

Lacking in libido or being hypersexual,

Have a fear of intimacy,

Lacking or struggling with creativity or feeling isolated.

Breathe into this area now and visualize a beautiful orange glow over this space.

As you breathe into this space repeat the following affirmations.

I feel passionate.

I feel creative.

I feel optimistic.

I feel open to receiving.

I feel worthy of love and connection.

I feel passionate.

Continue visualizing that orange glow and breathing into your sacral chakra.

Moving upwards now to our solar plexus chakra.

This is located below the ribs between the bottom of the ribs and your belly button.

This is the chakra of the I do affirmation.

When unbalanced you can feel low in self-esteem,

Powerless,

Perfectionist and self-critical and struggle with an inferiority complex or imposter syndrome.

Breathe into this area now and visualize a beautiful yellow glow over this space.

As you breathe into this area repeat the following affirmations.

I do have confidence.

I do have control.

I do own my personal power.

I do have good self-image.

I do believe in myself.

I do have confidence.

I do have control.

I do own my personal power.

I do have good self-image.

I do believe in myself.

Continue visualizing that yellow glow over this space and continue to breathe.

Shifting upwards now to our heart chakra.

What a beautiful and delicate space.

This is located in the center of our chest and is the chakra of the I love affirmation.

When this area is unbalanced you can lack empathy,

Have trust issues,

Feel bitterness,

Intolerant,

Jealous and find yourself in codependent situations as well as giving too much of yourself to others but not returning the same attention to yourself.

Breathe into this area now and visualize a beautiful green glow over this space.

As you breathe into this space repeat the following affirmations.

I love myself unconditionally.

I love those around me.

I love others where they are and need to be loved.

I love my body,

Mind and soul.

I love life.

I love myself unconditionally.

I love those around me.

I love others where they are and need to be loved.

I love my body,

Mind and soul.

I love life.

Continue visualizing that beautiful green glow over your heart.

Breathing in and out gently and feeling that unconditional love for yourself.

Gently traveling up to your throat chakra now.

The chakra of the I speak affirmation.

When this area is unbalanced you may struggle with expressing yourself,

Feeling or being misunderstood,

Struggling to be a good listener,

Being overly opinionated,

Critical,

Gossipy or harsh worded.

Breathe into this area now and visualize a beautiful blue glow over your throat.

As you breathe into this space repeat the following affirmations.

I speak clear and confidently.

I speak kindly.

I speak diplomatically.

I speak my mind boldly and authentically.

I speak when needed and listen actively and without judgment.

I speak clearly and confidently.

Continue to visualize the beautiful blue glow over this space and keep breathing.

We move upwards now to our third eye chakra which is located on our forehead between our brows and is the chakra of the I see affirmation.

When unbalanced you may lack focus and imagination,

Can't see beyond the physical,

Have poor judgment,

Suffer from nightmares or feel obsessive.

Breathe into this area now and visualize a beautiful indigo color over this space.

As you breathe into this space repeat the following affirmations.

I see clear thoughts.

I see beyond the physical.

I see with and trust my intuition.

I see with an abundant imagination.

I see with focus.

I see clear thoughts.

I see beyond the physical.

I see with and trust my intuition.

I see with an abundant imagination.

I see with focus.

Keep breathing into this third eye space visualizing that indigo glow.

Finally we move to our crown chakra.

This is located at the very top of our head.

The chakra of the I know affirmation.

When unbalanced you may struggle with depression,

Learning difficulties,

Brain fog,

Being judgmental,

Feeling ungrounded and lacking faith in the divine.

Breathe into this area now and visualize a beautiful violet color over this space.

As you breathe into this space repeat the affirmations.

I know I am supported by the divine universe.

I know I am loved unconditionally.

I know I am intelligent.

I know I am able to accept divine knowledge downloads.

I know I am worthy.

I know I am supported by the divine universe.

I know I am loved unconditionally.

I know I am intelligent.

I know I am able to accept divine knowledge downloads.

I know I am worthy.

Visualize your whole body now with each of these chakras lit up.

The root chakra that is red,

The sacral chakra that is orange,

The solar plexus that is yellow,

The heart that is green,

The throat that is blue,

The third eye that is indigo and the crown that is purple.

Imagine all of those bright lights burning strong,

Bright and balanced.

Keeping your eyes closed slowly bring your awareness back to your physical body now and take three deep belly breaths again to integrate the you've just worked through and ground yourself back into your body.

Notice how your body feels now compared to how it felt at the start of the meditation.

Gently wiggle your toes and fingers,

Bring your hands to heart center,

Pause with gratitude to yourself for carving out this time and when you feel ready you can open your eyes.
