Welcome,
Welcome everyone to this shared sacred space.
Taking a moment to let yourself settle,
Taking a moment to let yourself arrive and noticing what your body wants to do today.
Noticing if it wants the eyes closed or open,
Whichever one feels most comfortable.
I want you to let yourself tune into your sense of hearing.
You might even want to play with that a little bit and see if your sense of hearing is different with the eyes open or closed.
And noticing any sounds in the space that you are in,
Inside the room that you are in.
Can you hear anything?
Really listening,
Sound of my voice,
Any sounds in the home,
Wherever you are.
And then allowing your sense of hearing to soften and open and expand to take in external sounds,
Sounds beyond the room that you are in.
Can you hear cars or people or nature?
Maybe it's just quiet.
What can you hear?
Just letting yourself notice.
And then allowing your sense of hearing to open even further,
Even more vastly,
Vastly into the stillness that holds everything together.
Vast,
Expansive,
Infinite,
Quiet.
And just breathing into that,
Just breathing into that.
And noticing what happens in your body,
In that space.
How does your physical form respond to that vast,
Infinite stillness?
It's like a place of coming home and letting every breath be a signal to soften even more deeply into this quiet.
Letting every thought,
Every sensation be a reason to even more profoundly into this,
Just breathing into the stillness.
And thoughts can come and go and sounds can come and go,
Sensations can come and go.
And this presence,
This stillness remains untouched by any of it.
And breathing into your soul,
Breathing into your soul,
This quietness that nourishes the very depths of who we are,
Reminding us of who we really are.
And noticing what arises in this.
I am still,
I am here,
I am love,
I am peace.
Noticing what arises for you in this space of stillness.
Breathing and taking your awareness inside your body and letting yourself find the very core,
The heart of your internal stillness,
Tiny still point inside all of us.
And softening into the resting in that as above,
So below,
Stillness outside,
Stillness inside.
And breathing into the peace of this.
Everything else just falls away.
Inhaling peace,
Exhaling peace,
Letting yourself be breathed by peace.
And imagining or sensing that your physical body is growing absolutely enormous.
So big that you can take the whole world and place it into the very heart of this peace inside you.
Placing the whole world inside this peace.
As if it's just a little seed,
Just breathing,
Just breathing,
Just softening,
Just relaxing into the very heart of this peace.
And if you want to continue to deepen into this place,
You can do that now.
Just pausing the recording,
Otherwise taking a gentle,
Peaceful breath in and letting it go.
And another soft,
Exquisitely gentle,
Peaceful breath in.
And exhaling.
And just feeling yourself starting to come back.
Gently moving the toes peacefully,
The fingers peacefully,
Taking another big breath in peacefully,
Letting it go.
And giving yourself all the time that you need to integrate as you come back,
