Hi,

This is Molly with Sunflower Soul Healing.

This is a safe and secret space for you to release and let go all that no longer serves you.

And for this moment that we have here together,

Allow me to take care of you.

So just open your heart and your hands and receive.

You can go ahead and find a nice,

Comfortable and quiet place where you won't be disturbed.

And you can sit up or lie down,

Whatever feels good to you.

So go ahead and get cozy.

Relax your body and your eyes.

And just focus on your breath.

On the inhale and the exhale.

These breaths don't need to be forced,

Just allow them to come and go.

And with each breath,

Allow your body to relax just a bit deeper.

I want you to imagine you are sitting on a beautiful beach.

And you can hear the sounds of the waves rhythmically rolling in and out.

In and out.

The sand feels so warm and soft underneath your feet.

And you can hear the sounds of the seagulls in the background.

And the wind and gentle breeze softly brushes your face and skin.

In this moment,

Everything feels at peace.

The sun is starting to go down and its warm glow feels so good against your face and skin.

It's melting into the ocean.

And you watch the reflective light and hues of oranges,

Yellows,

Pinks,

Purples.

The colors and the reflection look like heaven.

As you listen to the ocean waves rhythmically rolling in and out.

Your mind starts to relax even more.

You notice all those thoughts that you have been carrying.

All the stress,

Worry.

Slowly fading away as if each time the ocean wave comes in,

It takes all of your cares away.

And washes them back out into the ocean.

It's like the water is purifying and cleansing your thoughts,

Your mind,

Your body.

And in this moment,

You feel nothing but peace.

There is nowhere to go.

There is nowhere to be.

There is nothing to do.

But just be in this moment.

And just allow your body to feel what that feels like.

Just be.

And as the sun slowly fades into the ocean,

Your eyes become a bit heavier.

Your body becomes deeply relaxed.

And as that last glimmer of light sinks down,

Your eyes do too.

Allow your body to rest now.

For the day is done.
