Hi this is Molly with Sunflower Soul Healing.

This is a safe and sacred space to release and let go all that is no longer serving you and for this time we have together let me take care of you.

So just open your heart and hands and receive.

Go ahead and find a comfortable spot where you won't be disturbed.

You can either sit up or lie down whatever feels best to you in this moment.

As you're getting comfortable I want you to focus on your breath.

Just take some gentle breaths in and out.

These breaths don't have to be forced just allow them to ebb and flow naturally.

This guided meditation is to help you feel more centered,

Calm and at peace.

It's called the Valley of Wildflowers.

I want you to imagine you're standing in a beautiful open field full of wildflowers and as the gentle breeze blows you can see the flowers dance and sway in the wind and you are overcome by the sweet aroma of honeysuckle and lavender.

As far as your eye can see wildflowers fill the rolling hills and landscape like a sea of color creating this tapestry of soft hues,

Colors and textures.

And in this moment you feel completely free.

Your body feels so light and airy and your bare feet they feel so good on the cool earth below.

You feel so grounded and rooted.

As you slowly walk through the endless valley of flowers,

The radiant sun that softly warms your face and your skin.

And as you slowly walk through the field of flowers you allow your hands to gently graze and touch the top of the delicate flowers and petals feeling their essence,

Their energy.

With each step you take your body just becomes lighter and lighter and you can feel the tension and heaviness lifting off your shoulders and just floating away and to the endless clear blue sky.

As you look ahead you notice a large oak tree and to your surprise you see a beautiful sacred spot filled with blankets and pillows like a little nest,

A perfect spot for resting.

There's even a small picnic basket filled with your favorite snacks and drinks of your choosing.

As you lay down on the soft blanket you get nice and cozy and you feel so safe and held in this sacred space.

Your body relaxes even more,

Melting into the blankets and pillows and you feel weightless.

As you look up towards the tall magnificent tree branches you watch the beautiful reflective light of the Sun twinkle and dance between the tree leaves above and you can hear the soft coo of the turtle doves and birds singing in the distance.

The rhythmic sound allows you to relax even deeper,

Making your eyes feel heavy.

Your mind begins to drift.

Nowhere to go,

Nowhere to be.

Just here in this moment and your body just drifts down into deeper relaxation and serenity.

You can stay here in this sacred spot for as long as you like,

Knowing you can come back anytime you want.

That it's always here waiting for you.

So just in this space for as long as you like.
