Welcome to a moment in time.

When you are ready,

Sit or lay in a comfortable position.

This is a 10-minute meditation to encourage you to be yourself.

Turn into your body,

Your legs,

Your arms,

Your fingers,

Your back.

Keep your eyes shut.

Get lost in this space.

You are right here,

Right now.

Don't ignore this space.

Enjoy being in the now.

Breathe in,

Breathe out slowly.

That is you breathing.

Be yourself.

You are special.

There is no one on this planet like you.

There is no one else you can be.

You wanted to be you.

You wanted to experience life through your eyes.

You signed up for this.

You signed up to be here in this time-space reality to be you.

No one else,

No one else experience matters.

You're here for you.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

You manifested yourself into this physical body.

You've always been who you are.

You are doing you right.

You can't do you wrong.

You are not supposed to be like anyone else.

You are perfect being you.

You wanted to be you.

You wanted to understand yourself,

To experience life being yourself.

You are energy that desired to be here as yourself.

Be yourself.

Just who you are.

You don't have to strive to be anyone else.

To be like anyone else.

To do things like anyone else.

The way you do them is perfect for you.

You have the universe focused just on you.

That's how important you are.

Be yourself.

There is no space to be anyone else.

Take a moment to tune into your body.

You've been with this body for a long time.

You've been with this body from the very beginning.

It has loved you.

It has provided oxygen for you.

It loves you.

It wants you to be here.

It enjoys being you.

Your soul is just as happy.

It wouldn't dare want to be anyone else.

It loves being you.

The mean you.

The nice you.

The quirky you.

The you that laugh.

The you that cries.

The depressed you.

The happy you.

The sad you.

Every version of you is expressing itself.

It came to this planet excited to be you.

Excited to experience through your eyes.

So that you can feel.

You can feel things a way only you can feel them.

Focus on your breath.

You can't share that with anyone.

It's yours.

You can't share your body with anyone.

It's yours.

Your thoughts.

They're yours.

Your teeth.

Your skin.

Your nails.

It's all yours.

It's perfectly designed to be you.

Be yourself.

Be who you are.

You are beautifully made.

Take a deep breath in.

Breathe out.

Take a moment to thank your body.

Thank your nose for inhaling that air.

Thank your mouth for bringing it out.

Thank your body for just keeping you alive.

Even when you complain.

Even when you're ungrateful.

There is no judgment ever.

Being you is so amazing.

It's what your energy signed up for.

It wanted to be in a body.

Being a body.

It wanted to be you floating through life.

Figuring things out.

There is no better person to be than to be you.

You are doing just fine.

You are doing a good job at being you.

You don't have to beat yourself up or have any regrets.

Your soul never beats you up.

Your body never beats you up.

Being you is what you wanted to be.

It's what you are.

Take it easy on yourself.

Enjoy being yourself.

Don't compare yourself to anyone.

They're not in your reality.

It's just a bunch of people here in their own reality trying to be themselves.

But you don't have to try.

There's no trying and being.

You can just be.

You can just be you.

You can just smile how you smile.

Frown how you frown.

Walk how you walk.

Think how you think.

You can just enjoy being you.

Enjoy your fingernails.

Enjoy the way your toes are shaped.

They're so unique.

Every part of you is so unique.

Nothing is wrong with you.

Nothing was ever wrong with you.

You are a perfect soul in a body having an experience.

Be yourself in this experience.

Don't waste it faking or pretending.

Enjoy being you.

You are freaking amazing.

You are worthy.

You are enough.

You are exactly what you came here to be.

Embrace it.

Embrace it with love.

Embrace it with confidence.

Love being you.

Love expressing yourself as yourself in this moment.

Think about all you've been through since you were a baby and how you've been with you all along.

Take this moment just to be with you.

Thank you for spending a moment in time with me.

Enjoy your day being yourself.

Embrace yourself.

Love yourself.

And know that you came here just to be yourself.
