Welcome to A Moment in Time.
This is a quick meditation to release some built up energy.
You may be having a rough day,
Things may not be going your way,
There may be some stress within you,
Some problems you couldn't solve today,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
I know it can feel like things are happening to you,
But you are eternal,
You are a spirit,
Nothing can really happen to you.
You did not have a bad day,
You just had a misunderstanding,
You just forgot for a split moment how powerful you really are,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Tomorrow is a new beginning,
Today was a new beginning,
And so was yesterday,
All of those problems or perceived problems are gone,
Whatever happened today,
It too will be gone.
You are constantly in a temporary experience,
Nothing is permanently affecting you,
You will be okay,
You will get through this day,
You will remember who you are,
How powerful you are,
How special you are,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Your mind may be racing,
You may be thinking,
But she doesn't understand,
She don't know how rough it was today,
It's all an illusion,
It all appears to be happening,
It all appears to be a bad day for you,
To be a bad moment for you,
It's not really real.
What is really real,
Is you sitting here,
Quiet,
Alive,
Breathing,
That's real,
You are real,
You are eternal,
These circumstances,
They come and they go,
And we react,
And it feels like we're having such a bad day,
Such a stressful experience,
But it's not true,
It's just a moment,
You are forever,
Nothing can actually happen to you,
It just happened,
Let it go,
Restart,
You always have tomorrow,
Breathe in,
One more time,
Breathe out slowly,
Let it go,
