Take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out.

Letting yourself make an audible exhale if it feels right.
I invite you to close your eyes or soften your gaze and settle into a comfortable position.
As you do,
Please continue your deep,
Slow and full breaths and just see how much you slow your breath down while still letting it feel natural,
Letting your body calm,
Imagining the mind clear,
Inviting in more presence.
Just noticing the sounds you hear and watching as every sound that passes through your consciousness moves in and through,
Just like your thoughts,
Just like a cloud drifting in the sky out of your field of vision.
Every moment that passes by becomes a death and a rebirth.
Noticing the breath,
Seeing if you can just let it fall in without any resistance,
Without any effort,
Noticing how it just falls out and falls in.
Now gently carry your attention to your heart and breathe in and out of this space,
Connecting with this essence,
So pure,
This pure light filling you up with every inhale and as you exhale,
Noticing if you can hold that light within you.
Can you breathe in the heart's medicine that it has to share with you right now and can you hold it in your body as you release your breath?
Keep breathing like this through the heart.
Now gently carry your attention to the crown of your head and imagine a gentle golden light beginning to open there,
As if a flower is blooming at the top of your head.
Feel into that sensation of the blooming taking place,
The opening to pure,
Unconditional love.
This is your connection to source,
To the divine.
Feel this light growing and widening as your entire being becomes receptive to divine energy,
Allowing yourself to receive as you let this light,
This pure,
Unconditional love from the stars pour into you now.
Can you feel that pure,
Sparkling,
Golden,
White light straight from the cosmos gently streaming through the crown of your head and moving through the pillar of light that is within you,
Pillar of light that is your spine?
As you breathe in,
Can you feel the pillar of light open your channel just a little bit more,
Allowing yourself to receive just a little bit more?
Can you relax a little bit more,
Keeping your breath slow and simply allowing this energy to flow in and down through you?
Moving with your breath,
Noticing how your awareness and your breath can move this energy,
Allowing this energy to move through your body,
Into the earth,
Through either your feet or your tailbone,
Feeling the exhale allow it to release below.
So,
With your inhale,
Breathing in that light into your body from the crown of your head,
And as you exhale,
Spread that light through your body and out into the earth,
Inhaling,
Feeling that stream of divine energy come through you and exhaling,
Feeling the energy move its way out.
As you continue this breath,
Allow this light to reach every cell in your body.
Can you let it move through every atom of your being before flowing out into the earth,
Letting yourself be an open conduit for pure loving energy?
This abundant flow moving through you,
This unlimited source of all,
Moving pure love through your body,
Allowing yourself to be this bridge between spirit and matter,
A bridge between the stars and the earth.
As you inhale,
Perhaps you feel this flow naturally,
Wanting to move in specific directions or specific places.
So,
As you exhale,
Just notice what that energy does when you let it and take a few moments here to be completely immersed in this energetic flow.
You are always held.
You are always supported.
There is nothing you need.
There is no one else you need to be.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
There is nothing you need.
You have everything you need already given to you in this moment.
You are abundantly cared for,
Loved,
Supported.
All of your needs and desires are always met in amazing ways and it is safe to give freely as your heart guides.
So,
Can you let go of any residual expectations?
Can you let go of any residual attachments?
Can you let go of any residual judgments?
Letting go of those residual needs.
Letting go of the hypervigilance in your body.
Can you relax even more?
Can you soften even more?
Can you open even more?
Letting yourself receive.
Just receive.
That is all.
Just opening,
Softening,
Allowing yourself to receive.
Can you feel the truth that in this moment and always you have everything?
All your needs and desires are met.
All your needs and desires will always be met.
Your needs and desires are always abundantly met in amazing ways and when we look at this energy that creates your innate abundance,
We notice that it does not come from any form of human control.
Rather,
It comes from pure surrender to the divine.

Let go just a little bit more.
No need to figure anything out.
No need to think or analyze.
No need to do anything.
Just let go.
Breathe as you let go.
Breathe it out and let the abundant flow of beauty,
Peace,
And bliss move through your body with complete ease.
This abundance comes straight from the infinite,
From the love that is always present,
Always giving,
Always sustaining you.
