Take a moment to close your eyes now,

Giving your mind and body a cleansing deep breath to bring you into this point in space and time.

Give yourself some time to breathe in and out.

Breathing in,

Beautiful.

You move throughout your day with your breath as your guide,

Your guide through each moment.

Every time you read a message,

Speak your truth.

From the very start to the very end of every project you do,

Your breath takes you through.

Your breath is a gift for you,

A key to help you unlock whatever feelings you wish to experience.

You want to slow down your thoughts and busyness?

Slow your breath.

Want to be more clear and reset?

Focus on your exhales.

You want to be more energized and alert?

Focus on your inhales.

Take some time now to send deep gratitude to your breath,

Saying thank you for the processes that take place for you to experience its medicine.

Now take a moment to set some intentions for your workday.

First,

Setting an intention to connect with your breath when it's needed.

You can say after me out loud or in your head.

I now set the intention to use my breath to reground myself whenever it's needed.

I set the intention to use my breath to bring me back into alignment with my truth and purpose.

Answer the following prompts to set your intentions for today.

Set your intention for how you want to feel about the work you do today.

Feel it in your body.

Visualize yourself getting your work done in perfect timing for you to feel peace.

Set your intention for how you want to feel about the way you communicate to people.

Visualize yourself communicating with people during your workday in a way that makes you feel uplifted,

Expansive,

Strong,

Compassionate,

And wise.

Embody that feeling.

And finally,

Set your intention for how you want to feel after work today.

Do you want to utilize the precious time you have outside of your job?

Visualizing what you do and most importantly,

How you feel doing all of it.

Take a deep breath in as you bring in all this fresh energy and intention into yourselves.

And exhale as you take your next breath in.

Start to open your eyes,

Smile,

And know that you will have a beautiful,

Productive,

And blissful rest of your day.
