This Guided Morning Meditation is intended to help us shift our focus inwardly, to a space of deep relaxation, honest self-reflection, self-acceptance, self-love and compassion. From this space, through this meditation, we are guided to consciously create the energy and focus for the rest of our day. And as we acknowledge that we are connected to divine consciousness, that we are beings of light and love, from that awareness we can experience the loving vibration that is creation.

Good morning.

Welcome to this moment of rebirth.

Every morning,

As soon as we wake up,

We're confronted with a choice.

We can choose to approach our day through preconceived conditions,

Limiting beliefs based on negative judgment or past experiences,

Or we have the powerful opportunity to hit the reset button and enter into our day via the compassionate,

Loving perspective of our authentic selves.

As vibrational beings experiencing a physical manifestation,

We are pure,

Limitless potential poured into this physical body.

So as you prepare yourself to enter into this new day,

This moment of rebirth,

Into your unique life based on your chosen vibrational presence,

Which is based on your perspective,

You have the opportunity to consciously make the choice to see a physical life,

Not as something that is happening to you,

But you can choose to see creation as it truly is,

An external manifestation of your internal vibration.

You are not a vicarious passenger.

You are the creator of this exciting life journey.

How liberating it is to know that you and only you can choose each moment based on how you feel and what you choose to focus on.

These things dictate how your life will unfold.

So for this morning's meditation,

For this new beginning,

Let's take the deep dive into the source of who we really are at the core of our being.

And in that space,

We'll connect to and feel the light and love of pure creation,

The stuff of our true selves.

So let's start this morning's meditation by sitting in a comfortable position.

Make sure your spine is straight.

Close your eyes.

Once you've settled into this position,

Maintain a still,

Calm posture.

Commit to resisting the urge to move or fidget and focus on your natural breath.

The path to honest self-awareness begins with true self-acceptance and humble self-love.

Take this moment to honor your full,

Glorious,

Multidimensional self as you are right now.

Any internal voice that tells you that you are unworthy or unlovable is not coming from source or your true self.

Any kind of negative self-talk comes from the insecurities and false beliefs of the mind.

So as you settle into this wonderful body that you've been given this perfect vessel chosen by you,

Acknowledge that this body is the exact vehicle and teacher you need to become the best version of yourself.

Get rid of judgment and negative self-talk.

Offer gratitude for the opportunity to experience this school of life through this beautiful physical reality.

Without the contrast of the imperfect body,

We wouldn't be able to appreciate the perfection of bliss and realizing the limitless power of soul and the unconditional love of source.

In this space of gratitude,

In this moment,

Offering gratitude for the magical gift of the human body,

Think of the five things that you're grateful for.

These things can be very simple.

And as you begin to bring these things into your awareness,

Connect to how they make you feel.

Observe your emotional state as you contemplate what brings you joy.

Now,

Think of five things that you love about yourself.

If you're encountering negative thoughts,

Remind yourself not to linger in those false mental limitations.

Go deeper.

Go into the wisdom and pure loving truth of the heart.

Express love for your uniqueness.

And now,

Notice the shift in your energy.

Notice how you start to feel lighter.

Now you're resonating more fully with that heart center when you choose to focus on these higher vibrational thoughts.

Keep riding these high vibrations.

Fly like an eagle riding on the wind.

Let the feeling of peace glean from this positive perspective.

Create a greater sense of ease in your entire body.

And the sweet,

Gentle space of calm in your mind.

Notice how you continue to settle.

Notice how your breath feels deeper and more effortless.

As we calm the body and mind,

It becomes easier for us to connect to our whole being,

Including our higher self.

Now begin to take deeper,

Longer breaths.

Imagine that you are breathing deep into the core of your pelvis.

As you draw in your next deep inhale,

Visualize the path of the breath as it moves into your body.

And as you visualize your breath,

Give it a soothing color like light blue,

Green,

Or pink,

Or white.

Give it a color that fills you with a sense of calm and healing.

See that beautiful healing light enter and fill your entire body,

Radiating in your pores,

Your cells,

Entering into your bones,

Your muscles,

Flowing with the fluid in your body.

As you exhale,

See that soothing color exit out of your body.

Try to fill your long,

Deep breaths like waves,

Flowing in and out,

Visualizing the colors moving in and flowing out.

This type of breathing helps to connect you to the relaxation system in the body.

Continue with the breath.

Continue with the color of your breath.

Continue to witness the pathway as that color moves in and out of the body,

In and out of the breath.

And as you start to really feel that deepening sense of calm,

Accessing the relaxation,

Your parasympathetic nervous system,

Begin to repeat to yourself,

The following internal mantra.

This mantra will help you to connect more consciously to the awareness of the healing power of the universal light energy that surrounds you at all times.

Begin to repeat to yourself internally,

I am filled with divine light.

I am surrounded by divine light.

I am protected by divine light.

I am guided by divine light.

I am filled with divine light.

I am guided by divine light.

I am filled with divine light.

I am surrounded by divine light.

I am protected by divine light.

I am guided by divine light.

I am filled with divine light.

I am surrounded by divine light.

I am protected by divine light.

I am guided by divine light.

This is a tool for physical calm,

But it is also a tool for mental calm and deep spiritual connection.

When you consciously choose to focus on just one thing,

You can start to slow down your thoughts.

But don't get frustrated.

If you feel yourself losing your focus or getting caught up in your thoughts,

Just gently let yourself come back to the breath,

Allowing your thoughts to just flow through your mind like clouds in the sky and coax your way back to the deep breathing and the visualization.

In this space of connection and calm,

Utilize your imagination.

Now visualize yourself in your favorite place in nature.

See yourself there.

Start to take in the specific details of the landscape.

Notice the vegetation that surrounds you,

The texture of the ground beneath your feet,

The hue of the sun.

Notice the sweet smell of the fresh air.

Notice what temperature it is.

Notice if there are any birds,

Insects,

Or animals.

Bring your body of water,

Stream,

Lake,

Or pond.

And just continue to let the details of this landscape unfold.

Immerse yourself fully in this visualization.

Let it feel more and more like you are actually there.

And then really notice how this place makes you feel.

Observe your connection to Mother Earth.

And then notice how you feel as you're walking in the light of the sun.

Observe your connection to Mother Earth.

Let yourself take in the balancing,

Grounding power of connecting to this peaceful place in nature.

Now find a comfortable place in this peaceful natural setting to sit or lay down and rest.

Allow yourself to feel nurtured by Mother Earth.

Feel your connection to all of creation feel whole.

And as you truly deeply connect to this space,

Remember that you can come to this place of balance and peace anytime during the day.

It's simply a breath and a thought away.

Anytime you pause to breathe,

To visualize this space,

It will create a calming effect on your body and mind.

Now become aware of the subtle guidance of your higher self.

You have a powerful and intuitive compass that is always communicating with you.

We just get all caught up in our stories,

Conditional thinking,

And external influences.

So we forget how to quiet down and receive the guidance that is always being offered to us.

Feel your heart.

Through your heart you can more easily observe your spirit and communicate with your higher self.

And it's transcending guidance.

Hearing the inner guide is less about forcing it and more about surrendering and trusting that your questions are being answered.

The path is being shown to you that the way to your greatest desires is being revealed.

The universe is always answering your questions and is always showing you the path of least resistance to your greatest desires.

The less you question that inner guidance and follow its lead,

The easier it becomes to hear it.

When you follow the guidance of your higher self,

You don't need any external validation.

You don't need to explain your actions.

You simply know from such a deep place within yourself that no matter how unexpected or challenging the path may seem,

You just don't hesitate because you simply know that it is your truth.

Try to practice listening and acting on the guidance of this miracle this throughout your day.

Practice asking,

Quieting down,

And patiently waiting for the answer.

Your answers can come in many ways,

But when you receive them you will recognize them because they will resonate with your heart.

And as you continue to rest,

Opening yourself up more and more to the guidance of your higher self,

Trusting this intuitive space,

Utilize this calm,

Receptive space,

And begin to visualize your day.

This visualization can become specific,

But you don't have to worry too much about the details of your day.

Focus more on the emotional state you choose to be in.

Choose joy,

Passion,

Fulfillment,

Unity,

Compassion,

Connection,

Peace.

See yourself carrying this lightness and serenity with you throughout your day.

In this lighter vibration,

Try to visualize how you will walk,

Sit,

Stand,

Communicate with yourself and with others.

Witness yourself just being in this compassionate state of awareness.

See yourself recognizing that you're living out the manifestation of your internal creation.

Continue to visualize yourself living in this knowledge,

With this peace,

With the sense of fulfillment throughout your day.

Now gently begin to come back to your present surroundings,

Keeping this deep connection to your uniquely magical,

Multidimensional self.

As you begin to awaken,

Reborn,

Focus on gratitude and high vibration of thoughts and feelings.

Focus more on the things in your life that lift you up,

That inspire you,

That remind you of the beauty of who you are inside and out.

And remember that you can recreate this space of calm by visualizing the peaceful place in nature that you just recreated in your mind.

You can also lift your vibration throughout the day by engaging in the practice of thinking of five things that you are grateful for and five things that you love about yourself.

You can pull up these intentions and these memories and feelings anytime during the day and reconnect to your inner compass by simply taking the moment to slow down your breath,

Reconnect your thoughts to this space and you'll feel it.

Your nervous system will shift.

This awareness will re-enter your knowing.

So reconnect fully now to your physical body by taking a few deep full body breaths.

And know that as you start to exit this meditation,

You feel healthier.

You have greater clarity.

You feel empowered knowing that your day is a manifestation of your creation.

You are ready to enjoy your creation no matter how it unfolds.

Now begin to awaken fully very gently.

Create some calm movements maybe in your fingers and your toes.

And when you're ready,

Gradually open your eyes.

Welcome beautiful spirit,

Powerful human.

Welcome to this marvelous new day.
