Forging a psychic connection with your child. For this meditation, Please find an upright posture on a cushion or in a chair. We must remember that we are vibrational beings living in a vibrational universe, And that on this level of our existence, There is no time and space. This is the point of awareness that the Master spoke about when they say, We are all one. This is the point of awareness from which we may experience oneness intentionally. It is for this reason that we must remember that we can connect to others who may be at any distance from us on the planet. We now, Through the medium of these higher planes, Will experience a feeling and a mental connection with a child that is near to us. This may be a child that is not yet born. This may be a child that is any age. Connect to the breath. Your eyes closed here, Your eyes closed here, Notice the nature of your breathing. Let your breathing take your awareness deeper. Let your belly relax more so that it may rise and fall as the breath is still there. Let the breath move in and out of the nose. Breathe deep into the hips. Let your breath move in and out of the nose. Breathe even deeper into the soles of the feet. Let the breath be easy and effortless. Let each exhale soften the body a little bit more as tension is released, As if in threads on the currents of exhalation. Let the breath move in and out of the nose. Let each in breath be a welcoming of your connection to the world, To the planet, To the collective, And to the higher realms. Open up to all time and space beyond the tiny frame of your existence. Fearlessly, Courageously welcome it in. Let the breath move in and out of the nose. Let the breath move in and out of the nose. Let the breath move in and out of the nose. Each breath is a declaration of your desire to connect more profoundly to all that is. Is there some part of you that feels like this is just imagination? Notice that part of you, That resistance. Does it show up in your body somewhere? Does it show up in your breathing? Some part of you that knows better. As you allow this resistance to be, Can you slowly, Breath by breath, Move beyond it? Can you slowly, Breath by breath, Move beyond it? Move into the believing, The knowing, The knowing that is in your body. That as you set your intention to connect and open up to all that is, That you in fact accomplish this. More and more, Let go. Let your breath move in and out of the nose. Let the breath take you into your heart. As if by feeling alone, Let the breath take your feeling, Awareness into the heart center. It is here where you find the seat of your soul. It is into this place that the thread of life runs. It is here where you find the seat of your soul. It is through this place that we most profoundly connect to all that is, Or any component of all that is that we may so choose to connect to. Breathe into this. Open up to the truth of this thread of existence that is routed back to your soul instantly. By breathing in to this cord, You create a more profound connection to your soul. Breathe into the cord as if drinking it into your present state of being. Feel it flood your body as it may. Let the breath take you into your heart center. Let the breath take you into your heart center. Breathe. Know that when you connect here at the heart, When you breathe in to this connection and hold the intention with the use of your free will to connect to all or any one being that is here in this life with you on one plane of existence or another, That you achieve this connection. In this moment, We intend to connect to a child that is near to us. This may be a child that is not yet conceived this may be a child that is in your womb right now. This may be a child that is in your womb right now. This may be a child with whom you already share incarnated life. A child of your own or one that you care dearly for. It is by or through our feeling state of awareness our intuitive state of awareness that we may best understand children. They are not as cognitively present as we are and there are many messages that pass under our awareness if we expect them to be as cognitively aware and communicative as an adult. Luckily, We may forge a psychic connection with them by choice, By intention and start to receive awareness that is below the cognitive and verbal connection we have with our children and our little channels. It is likely that you chose to participate with me, With a particular child in mind. In your heart, Hold the intention of connecting with this child. It is likely that you chose to participate in this connection. Hold the knowing that it is only by your intention that you may achieve this connection. With all the faith that you have in you, Open up to the truth of this connection. Whether this child has even been conceived yet, Open your awareness to receiving the feeling of this child. If you are aware of this, Open your eyes to the truth of this connection. What does this child feel like to you? Below your descriptions of this child, Below even your thoughts and conclusions, What is the feeling of this particular child's presence? Each of us has a different feeling, A different signature that we share with others that is our own, That makes us recognizable. Whether you know this feeling or not, Open up to it through your heart alone, Reach out with the willingness to receive the feeling presence of this child you intend to know more deeply. In this connection adopt the attitude, Adopt the attitude of complete openness and acceptance. Use in this moment as you connect with this other being to have complete openness and acceptance no matter what to who they are. Whether you have spent life with them yet or they are on their way, Open up to complete acceptance of anything that they are. No judgment, No criticism, Soften your heart more and more. Treat them, Perceive them as the divine beings that they are. This is not an imagination game, With all sincerity. In your heart bow to them as the divine being that they are. In this moment you do not know better, In this moment set aside the behavioral traits and the attitude that makes you the authority and the adults and accept them for anything that they are. Let anything that they are come to you now. Let it be exactly as it is. Hold the awareness of them in your heart and continue opening, Opening, Opening, Becoming more soft and receptive to all that they are. Now, Certain morning Thoughts may come, But know that these are not the thoughts that we choose to think. These are the thoughts that arise when we are in these deep silent moments, Being receptive, Being in acceptance. Simply remain in receptivity, Watching the screen behind the eyes, Letting each breath be one of acceptance and openness, As you receive, Consciously or not, Streams of information about the little one with whom you have connected. No expectations about how this will take shape. Just feel, Breathe, And allow them to pour into you, Heart to heart. Agree completely. Find those parts of yourself that may be revealed judgments. Find those parts of yourself that may experience some emotional process that you may label as difficult in relation to all that is pouring into you. Breathe into feeling any difficulty that may arise in you and let it burn away as you choose to only love, Only love, Only love and accept. No matter how painful, Let it burn away as you let go breath by breath and continue holding love and acceptance in relation to the little one with whom you have intended to connect. In this moment addressing the one with whom you have intended to connect. Someone with whom you have connected. You may ask them, Is there something you need from me? Is there something you need at all? And then be soft and let any insight come or know that if nothing seems to come that it may creep up later in the coming hours or days. Know that here in this space under the rules of this kind of connection. You may learn many such things is what you have asked. You may ask many such questions and get true insight. In this moment whether the child has a physical form to you yet, We're going to envision what the child looks like and see it standing before us in whatever form it may take. It may be human like. It may just be like light, The sheer frequency that it emits visually represented before us closer now than before. And so perhaps the feeling even stronger. Notice what happens when you take on the mindset and the intention of wanting to embrace this child. How does it feel to want to embrace and to be received with a matching desire from the child? As you gaze into from your heart, As you gaze into the beingness of this being, Welcome it into your arms and bring it close to your own heart. And as you do, Start to drink its light into you, Not of course depleting the quantity of its light, But almost as if by doing so it is sharing with you a holographic copy of itself. Just let go, Breathe deeply and receive even into your cellular structure all that is this little being, All thoughts and feelings, All facts and ideas with no judgment, No criticism except everything that pours into you from this little being. And now we look into its eyes and send our gratitude for this moment of profound connection. Thank you little one for helping us bring you into this world as your true self. We are so excited to receive all you have to offer simply by being you. Once more we bow and give our gratitude to this divine being. And we begin to breathe a little deeper and let this breath take us into awareness of our physical selves, Of our physical selves seated here where we are in this room. With our eyes still closed we sense our own physicality, Our own positioning in space, The contact points we are making with our seat, The temperature of the air around us, The quality of light, The sounds and fragrances of our immediate surroundings. Slowly, Slowly come back, Open the eyes when you are ready. Be sure to do a little grounding practice, Eat a piece of fruit, Write about your experience, Go for a walk, Anything to integrate the insights and the experience you have had in this akashic connection.
