She specialises in mindfulness practices for those who can't sit still and don't have a cushion and work with a neurocognitive model to help people understand more deeply how the brain gets exercised in a mindfulness moment . She is the author of "Mindfulness in Motion" and "#whatismindfulness" (Watkins, London). She is a Visiting Lecturer at King's College London where she teaches on the neuroscience of mindfulness.
