I am walking in the forest,
Feeling the warmth of the sun,
Inhaling the scent of nature,
The trees,
The earth,
The plants.
And as I walk,
Listening to the birds,
A few cars passing on the road beyond this forest,
I can feel the beauty of this place,
Filling me with its grace.
And it is so joyfully fulfilling,
So complete,
That it becomes clear,
Standing here amongst these tall trees,
That there is no before and no after.
There is just this,
This now moment,
Complete,
Serene.
And all else,
When I leave this place,
Will be one with this consciousness.
For this is the consciousness I choose to keep and to expand in my entire reality.
And as I breathe it in,
Embrace it,
Alchemize it within myself.
There is no separation between what I see,
What I hear,
What I smell,
What I taste,
And what I feel.
Between what I think,
What I say,
And what I do.
This coherence guides me and nurtures me in the stillness of my grander presence,
The Self that resides in me beyond illusion,
And that the human self willingly surrenders to.
And so it is.
