Tanis's recordings are exceptional and this one seems especially deep and relaxing at the same time. The only thing I'm not a big fan of are her rapid visuals (otherwise my favourite part of yoga nidra) as half of the time I don't know the meaning of these words and phrases and can't visualise anything.
