This Yoga Nidra practice guides the practitioner through all stages of yoga nidra to finally rest in a deep state of relaxation and pure awareness. Stages included are: Sankalpa, Rotation of consciousness (with foucs on internal organs as well), breath awareness, opposite sensations, rapid visuals, resting in pure awareness.
