Jennifer's introduction to yoga and meditation began in 2009, she quickly became deeply rooted in her practice and fell in love with the happiness, confidence, stability, comfort, and balance found through the practice of yoga and meditation. That began a passion that has only grown deeper through the years. The practice of mindful living, yoga, and meditation continues to inspire her to live a life full of awareness, intention, compassion, and serenity. As a 200 hour Registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance of Canada, she completed training to not only learn more about the practice but to help others benefit from yoga as she had. Her main focus as a teacher is to provide a safe foundation of yoga, wellness, and meditation practices while assisting students to feel a connection between body and mind while noticing the benefits of their yoga and meditation practice on and off their mats.
