With over 15 years of experience in human potential, she has worked across international development, philanthropy, talent management, and grassroots initiatives before dedicating her work fully to coaching and mindfulness. She is the founder of The Bliss Well, where she uses science-backed approaches to help people cultivate clarity, emotional resilience, stress regulation, and sustainable wellbeing. Alejandra has trained with leading institutions including Brown University, The Flourishing Center, The College of Executive Coaching, and Mindful Leader. Having lived in six cities across different countries, Alejandra understands the challenges of change, uncertainty, burnout, and the demands of modern life. Her work is grounded in the belief that everyone holds innate resilience and wisdom. Through mindfulness, meditation, and positive psychology, she supports individuals in reconnecting with their internal compass so they can navigate life with greater calm, purpose, and balance.
