So thank you for joining us for today's meditation.

Make sure you're sitting or lying with your spine straight,

Hands resting loosely in your lap or by your side.

Just breathe in,

Breathe in nice and deeply.

And release it.

Just take another deep breath in and release it.

And take another deep breath in and release it.

So in today's meditation,

We're just going to centre ourselves and focus our intention on allowing ourselves to receive healing and to be healed.

This meditation is to help you create a quiet mind and listen to and become aware of the sound of silence.

To not be afraid of it,

To not need to fill the silence with sound,

With words,

With noise,

With thinking,

With ideas,

But to just allow yourself to experience yourself within the quiet,

Within the depths of the quiet and the silence that exists within.

To help you feel at one with yourself in a state of inner peace.

In meditation,

We're setting aside a moment of time specifically just to be quiet.

You're giving yourself the gift of time and space to allow yourself to experience who you are without all of the external noise and without all of the ongoing internal chatter.

Just allowing yourself to be,

Be with who you are.

So the intention for today's meditation is on healing.

So just breathe in deeply.

Just allow yourself to focus on your breath.

You can put your hands on your stomach,

Around your belly button.

And as you've got your hands there,

I want you to focus on a feeling of warmth coming through your hands and into your body.

Allow yourself to connect with and receive this healing energy as it's flowing to you,

As it's being directed to you.

Feel the energy,

Feeling your hands warm up.

Or maybe you might be feeling a cooler energy.

It's okay,

Your body will be getting what it needs right now.

Flowing through you.

Allowing this healing energy,

The intention you've set for healing.

This energy has an incredible intelligence and it knows exactly what you need,

What your body needs right now for healing.

So just keep bringing yourself back to your breath and allowing your mind to feel clear and clean and open and awake.

When the thoughts come in,

Just let them go.

Bring your attention back to your hands,

To the feeling of energy flowing through your hands,

All through your body.

Wherever it needs to go,

The energy can flow there freely.

And if there's a blockage on the way,

It can just unblock the blockage and allow itself to flow freely through your system.

Become aware of where you are feeling this in your body.

You may be aware of a feeling of warmth and almost a beating energy in your heart space.

You may be aware of tension somewhere in your body.

Just allow the energy to flow there through your hands,

Through your body.

Just keep bringing yourself back to your breath,

The awareness of your hands touching your body,

Deeply connected.

You may be aware of around your crown chakra,

Around your third eye,

Around your throat,

Around your base.

It may just be in your stomach area.

Just keep your focus back on your breath,

On your hands,

And the flow of energy through your body,

Healing you,

Cleansing you,

Clearing out the blockages.

Feeling yourself internally cleansed through this beautiful healing energy.

You may be able to see this energy moving through your body.

You may just be able to feel it.

You might not be aware of it at all.

It's okay.

It's still doing its work because we've set the intention for it.

And you're here in this space of connected meditation,

Listening to my voice,

Connecting with this beautiful healing energy,

Trusting it's doing its work in your beautiful body,

Clearing your beautiful mind,

Easing your beautiful heart,

Allowing everything to be healed,

Setting the intention for healing and letting go and becoming one.

When you feel your mind drifting,

Just bring yourself back.

Bring yourself back.

Draw your attention back to the feeling of the energy flowing through your hands.

It may be warm.

It may be cool.

It may have moved from cool to warm.

It may be back from warm to cool.

You might not be aware of the temperature of your hands.

It's okay.

I'll recognise it right away,

But awake it does mean anything to you.

To earlier,

Just bring yourself back to the now.

Bring yourself back to the present,

To the intention for healing,

To the intention for connection,

To the intention for inner peace.

Just bring yourself back,

Bring yourself back into the present moment now.

Bring yourself back into your breath.

Bring yourself back to your hands resting on your body and the energy flowing through your hands into your body healing you,

Cleansing you,

Creating the space,

Clearing the blockages,

Letting that energy flow.

Just keep bringing yourself back to the present moment,

To the here and now,

To the sound of my voice.

Allow this healing Reiki energy to move through your body,

Coming through you.

Allow yourself to just be here and now.

Fully present and engaged in this moment now,

Letting go of everything that isn't here with you right now.

The only thing that's here with you now is the sound of my voice,

Your breath,

And this wonderful healing energy flowing through your body.

Just feel all there is in this present moment.

It's very peaceful.

It's very still.

Feeling the breath.

Allowing yourself to receive this healing energy.

You Keep bringing yourself back when you feel yourself drifting.

Back to your breath,

Back to your hands on your body.

Back to the sound of my voice,

Back to the sound of the ground.

The energy knows what you need,

It knows exactly what you need.

It has a very big intelligence.

All you need to do is just relax,

Focus on your breath.

Keep bringing yourself back as you feel yourself drifting,

Bringing yourself back here,

Back to the present moment.

Allow yourself to just be here with the present moment,

Right here,

Right now,

Receiving the healing.

Just allowing.

Just allowing.

This energy is whispering to you how loved you are,

How worthy you are,

How much it loves you.

Allow yourself to receive this,

To know this,

To let this loving energy just flow through your entire being,

Healing you,

Cleansing you,

Unblocking you.

Allow it to flow,

Allow it to work within you.

Just let go,

Let the thoughts go,

Just let it be.

Let this energy work.

Just let it work.

As you are ready now,

Bring yourself back.

Back,

Back,

Back,

Back now.

Know that something miraculous has just happened within you.

Allow yourself to feel that and allow yourself to know that.

And you can just quietly within yourself say thank you for your appreciation,

For your gratitude.

Say thank you.

And when you are ready,

You can slowly bring yourself back into the room.

There's no rush.

When you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes and allow yourself to come back,

Landing gently.

Just let yourself quietly and slowly and gently wriggle your toes,

Your legs,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your head when you're ready.
