This is a very visual meditation of grounding. Imagery of being in the forest and connecting into the earth and the layers of soil with your roots of light. Releasing what you do not need and accepting energy from Mother Earth herself to help replenish your energy reserves. This meditation will help you come out of your head and into your body which has the added benefit of also bringing manifestations from dream world into the real world.

Taking a moment now and closing your eyes. If you're not already comfortable, Make any adjustments that you need to feel comfortable and safe in your space. Focus on your breathing and we are going to inhale for four seconds and exhale for six seconds to start our grounding meditation. Inhale for four, Three, Two, One. Exhale for six, Five, Four, Three, Two, One. Inhale for four, Three, Two, One. Exhale for six, Five, Four, Three, Two, One. Inhale for four, Three, Two, One. Exhale for six, Five, Four, Three, Two, One. Now keep that breathing going on your own rhythm, Knowing that if you extend your exhales, It helps you to further relax. Now picture yourself like a tree, Grounded, Sitting on the earth in the forest. Start to imagine your seat, Your back, Your body, Whatever is touching the ground. Start to feel it prickle with energetic light, Which is starting to extend out of you. Roots that you innately have within yourself are extending outwards and into the ground below. See these roots of light, Feel them moving through the top of the soil. Maybe you feel the grass and then the dark, Rich, Loamy soil on the top, Very similar to planting a flower in a garden. This soil is damp and cool and is easy to push the roots through. Moving the roots further down, Feel the different textures of the soils as you move deeper. Do you feel a sandier soil underneath? Or maybe it's clay, Thicker, Denser, More damp, Offering a little bit of resistance to your roots of light, But they are strong and they are still able to get through as they go further and further into the earth. Then you meet with a layer of rock and your roots weave away around and through these rock tumbles in this layer and they go deeper and find soil again. And soon after there's an underground water source that your roots dip into, Feeling the emotions of the earth. Water represents our emotions and you get to touch the earth mother's waters, Her emotions, As you're moving through all of her layers and grounding yourself. As you feel soothed by this underground water source, Your roots continue to go down and you can start to feel a heat and you know you're getting closer to the core of mother earth herself. And soon you see it, You feel it. It's this glowing orb energy, This magma that the roots are swimming through now to get to this core solid piece. What is this core made of? Is it a ball of energy, A crystal? Is it a rock flowing magma or is it something else? Whatever it is, You see your roots of light move towards it and wrap around it, Feeling the immediate burst of energy that shoots right back up through all the layers of the earth and into your body where you're sitting. And you can feel this current that you've created between your body and the depths of the earth and the groundedness of all the layers that you've moved through. You are re-energizing yourself, Grounding yourself, Manifesting your dreams into fruition through this grounding power. And let that energy continue to flow through you for a few minutes more. Feel what this energy is giving you. Allow any visions to come through that need to come through. Mother earth has layers of wisdom that we allowed our roots of light to move through and let her whisper them up and through these energetic cords connected to her with right to her source. Coming back now, Feeling your body light up, Feeling all the energy that you circuited through your body, Through mother earth, All the messages, The transmissions, What you needed to let go of and transmute into healing. You feel that in your body now, At the last little bits that might be holding on, Those things that aren't serving you. And picture them going through the roots of light, Being filtered, Changing, Because you are asking what doesn't serve you to be transmuted into light, Unconditional love and healing that you can circuit back up to you only when it has turned into that healing power and light and love. Feel it circuiting through as I count your breaths again into awareness, Inhaling for four, Three, Two, One, Exhaling for six, Five, Four, Three, Two, One, Inhaling for four, Three, Two, One, Exhaling for six, Five, Four, Three, Two, One, Inhaling for four, Three, Two, One, Exhaling for six, Five, Four, Three, Two, And go back to your own regular breathing now. Know that you can come back to this meditation at any point in time to come and ground yourself and to transmute any, Anything that is bothering you and turning it into something that can give back to you. You will have the power to transmute any energy that you want. You are powerful and you are capable and you are grounded to the mother earth and you are connected. Thank you.
