Many of us have dealt with or currently dealing with isolating feelings of loneliness while trying to find a moment of peace in the midst of an internal storm. Sometimes it helps just to receive a reminder that we are not alone. Here's my way of holding your hand, summoning the peace you deserve, at least, for a moment.

I wonder if you know you're not alone.

You're not the only one having those thoughts.

Trying to make sense of your right now.

Trying to navigate through emotional mayhem.

Feeling like you're losing your grip on the will of life.

Trying to find that moment of peace away from it all.

Hey loves,

My name is Samira.

And today I am inviting you into that moment of peace.

So if you're able,

Place yourself in a comfortable position.

Whether that's lying down or sitting with your spine nice and tall.

And when you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

As you allow yourself to breathe in and out,

Bring a soft awareness to how the breath flows effortlessly throughout your temple.

Breathing at the base of your core.

Releasing out of your nose or your mouth.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

I wonder if you know you're not alone.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

I wonder if you know that you are loved.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

I wonder if you know that there is strength in your weakness.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

I wonder if you know that you still have a reason to smile.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Last time,

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

And this time,

Allow yourself to bring a soft awareness to how your body feels right now.

Dwelling in this moment of peace.

Allowing that same peace to comfort your body like never before.

Starting at the soles of your feet.

Traveling up through your legs.

Thighs.

Hugging your waist.

Around to your back.

Leaving a cleansing and cooling sensation throughout your core.

Loosening the tightness in your chest.

Massaging your shoulders.

Loosening any tightness in your jaw.

Allowing peace to rest at the crown of your head.

I want you to know that you are not alone.

I want you to know that you are capable of healing.

I want you to know that you deserve every moment of peace.
