
Inception Sleep Meditation: Deep Subconscious Transformation
In this guided sleep meditation, which can also be used as a mid-afternoon Yoga Nidra-style NSDR session, we'll formulate an intention of your choosing and plant it at subsequently deeper layers of your subconscious, so you can benefit from that powerful, effortless transformation as you rest. Practice regularly to notice the biggest shifts.

Hey,
It's Cyrus.
An idea is the most powerful thing you can implant in your subconscious,
And today I invite you to use Inception to plant an idea in your subconscious that will grow and benefit you throughout your life,
Incredibly powerfully.
You can do this as a sleep meditation so it'll work on your subconscious overnight,
Or you can do it before napping or taking a mid-afternoon rest.
And you'll have total creative control to choose and seed that idea in your mind.
So allow your imagination to begin to run wild with the possibilities as you take a moment to arrange your space in a way that's conducive to rest.
Eliminate any distractions,
Darken your space in a way that feels relaxing,
And then gently climb into your place of rest,
Settling in to a simple shavasana,
Arms out at the sides and legs straight in a way that feels comfortable and easy,
And allow your body to land and start to sink effortlessly into the support.
As you take a deep,
Slow breath in through the nose,
All the way down to the toes,
And let it fall back up and out of your body,
Out through the mouth.
Take another slower,
Deeper breath,
Fill up the body and then hold the breath at the top,
And as you hold the breath,
Feel the energy in your body head to toe.
And then with a slow sense of control,
Let the breath flow out of your mouth.
Let's do one more like that,
Breathing slow and deep,
Filling up the entire body like a balloon,
Holding at the top and feeling the dancing life energy vibrating head to toe.
And then slowly let it go,
Allow any pressure to decompress,
Allow the tension to siphon out of your body as you exhale.
And now feel yourself floating in your place of rest effortlessly,
And allow your mind to begin to float and dance with creativity,
And the inception that you wish to plant in your subconscious could be anything,
It might be I choose to receive total healing on every level of my being,
It could be I allow peace,
Joy,
And relaxation to flow through me more and more effortlessly every day,
It could be I receive an effortless flow of abundance every day more and more,
Or it could be anything else that you choose,
Allow your mind to wander for a moment and then settle on what's calling you most deeply in this moment.
And now take a moment to articulate it,
Perhaps beginning with I choose,
And then clarifying what you choose in the present tense.
And now that you have that phrase,
I invite you to whisper it in your mind or out loud to yourself three times now,
Allowing it to reverberate through your body as you do.
Allow that to land,
Allow yourself to feel that,
And as we go deeper and deeper into the meditation,
I'll invite you to repeat it,
So when I say the phrase,
Whisper the inception to your subconscious now,
You can repeat it one time in your mind or out loud to reinforce it and plant it on deeper and deeper levels.
Allow your body to relax now and allow your physical stillness to deepen,
Holding the intention to maintain a physical stillness consistently as you allow your breath to flow easily,
And I invite you to bring your mental spotlight of attention to your hands and fingers now,
Feel the subtle energy tingling and vibing through your hands and fingers,
Feel the prana wash into your forearms,
And allow that mental spotlight to travel into your biceps and triceps,
Allow thoughts to fade into the background and just be aware of the simplicity of your shoulders in this moment,
Feel the front of your neck,
Your jaw,
Your tongue,
And the sensations within the breath,
Feel the invisible air flowing into your nostrils and then back out at its own pace,
Notice your ears hearing the sounds,
Listening to the sound waves as they come and go,
As they ebb and flow,
And be aware of your eyes and the muscles around your eyes relaxing and softening,
Be aware of the third eye,
The spot between your eyebrows,
As you imagine that you're breathing in and out of that spot between your eyebrows,
Imagine yourself dropping your entire consciousness into that spot between your eyebrows,
Easily diving deep,
Whisper your inception to your subconscious now,
Feel yourself receiving that on a deep level,
Feel it reverberate through your entire body and mind,
And guide your attention gently to the top of the head,
And allow your attention to rest delicately at the top of the head,
Dancing there gently like a crown of energy,
And drop back to the back of the head,
Feeling it resting on the support,
Releasing any holding as you feel the back of the neck,
Washing,
Cascading into the shoulder blades,
The upper back,
The middle back,
The lower back,
Hamstrings,
Feeling the calf muscles resting on the support,
Releasing down into the ankles,
The heels,
The soles and curvature of the feet,
Into the toes,
And the tops of the feet,
And as you rest your consciousness in the feet,
Whisper your inception to your subconscious now,
Feel the intention and energy of that washing all the way down your body,
Reaching the furthest parts of you,
Allowing it to saturate your being head to toe,
Allowing your mental spotlight to move like a wave into the shin bones,
The knees,
The front of your thighs,
Your pelvis,
Your hips,
And your toes,
The lower belly,
As the breath drops down into the lower belly,
Whisper your inception to your subconscious now,
And feel your attention travel up into your upper belly and solar plexus area,
And now feel the gentle migration up into the heart,
Feel your breath expanding and contracting gently as you rest at the heart and as though you are speaking directly to your heart,
Whisper your inception to your subconscious now,
Feel the energy of the heart animating the idea you've implanted,
Sending its energy out from the center of your heart to every other part of your body and mind,
And as the energy echoes out to the rest of the body,
Feel your intention disseminating and expanding along with that energy,
Feel your intention seeping out into every nook and cranny of the body head to toe now,
In a slow and steady and effortless way,
Feel your intention ebbing and flowing with the body head to toe as though you are awash in a luminescent swimming pool of pure vibrating energy,
Feel the breath dropping down into the body head to toe,
Soothing you more and more,
Allowing you to release any whispers of excess tension,
With every breath,
Feel yourself gradually and effortlessly unwinding and dropping deeper within yourself,
And as you feel yourself floating down closer to the ground floor of your subconscious,
Whisper your inception to your subconscious now,
Feel the energy of that rippling not only through you but past you out into the universe,
Connecting you completely and easily to everything in existence,
And I invite you to count backwards from 10,
Inhaling and exhaling slowly,
Inhaling 10,
Exhaling 10,
Inhaling 9,
Exhaling 9,
Continuing at your pace until you reach zero,
Relaxing deeper between each breath,
And feel the deep stillness and relaxation in this place you've guided yourself to,
And on this deep,
Deep level,
Whisper your inception to your subconscious now,
And feel that already blooming,
Already bringing you into the reality where the seed you've planted is true and fully realized,
Allowing yourself to feel the energy of alignment to that now,
And now simply begin to let go and trust what you've planted will bear fruit on its own,
Simply notice whatever arises in your consciousness and gently let it go over and over now,
As you notice and let go of whatever arises,
Feel yourself relaxing deeper into the space of pure being,
Of pure awareness and ease,
And as you keep letting go and relaxing deeper,
You might choose to rest for a while in that space before coming back,
Or you might choose to allow yourself to gradually drift off to sleep at your own pace,
Whatever you choose,
Enjoy it and take your time.
