This mindfulness meditation helps you connect with stillness and love to see the Truth that you are, have been, and always will be whole. We find freedom when we uncover the Self that is buried under beliefs and social conditioning. When we connect with our true Selves, we act from freedom, love, and authenticity and allow the charades of the characters we think we should play to fade away.

You are not broken.

My love,

You are not broken.

You never have been broken.

And you never will be broken.

Dear one,

The brokenness you think is inside of you is actually outside of you.

Separate from your being entirely.

There is brokenness in our systems,

Our beliefs,

And our conditioning.

But no,

My love,

It hasn't ever been you.

Listen closely.

You are whole.

You are divine.

You are eternal.

You,

My love,

The you who exists at your core,

The you that is creative,

Who loves,

Who feels,

Who dares,

Who dreams.

That person has always and will always have everything you need to be satisfied,

Loved,

Loving,

Worthy,

And peaceful.

The problem is,

My love,

This self,

The essential self,

Becomes buried underneath the beliefs of what we are told we should be.

When we believe there is something wrong and broken about our essential self,

Who is our most true and beautiful self,

We start to move into a character of who we think we should be.

And we think,

Act,

And respond from this space,

This character.

Just as we have learned to play these roles and perform our parts,

We can learn to rediscover and reconnect with our self.

My love,

As you come back to your self,

Feel how you have always been there underneath it all.

Whole,

Unchanging,

And beautiful.

Look at you,

My love.

Look at you.

Sometimes we lose conscious contact with our self for a few moments,

A few days,

A few months,

Or maybe as long as we can remember that is okay.

Just take a moment to be still.

You can always find yourself in stillness and love.

Breathe in and out.

Note to yourself,

I am breathing in,

I am breathing out.

I am breathing in,

I am breathing out.

Notice how your self feels the breath.

Now,

Feel love in your heart.

To be inspired,

You can think of a good deed,

Someone you love,

Someone who loves you,

Something beautiful,

Something that makes your heart swell,

Or just something that you feel deeply in your heart center.

Sit with this mental image as you connect with the feeling of love in your body.

That feeling is you.

Your self is feeling this love.

Your self is feeling this love.

Your self is this love.

When you feel broken,

When you are having trouble connecting with yourself,

When you are ready to stop performing and start loving,

When you are ready to feel and believe your wholeness,

Be still and feel love.

This is all love,

And that especially includes you.

I love you.

Namaste.
