As you come into a seated position,

With your legs crossed or sitting in a chair,

Make yourself comfortable and gently be straight near the spine and take this moment to connect with yourself,

Take this moment to close your eyes,

Breathe in deeply and letting go everything you were doing before,

Give yourself permission to simply be in the present moment,

Feel the ground under the knees of you,

Holding you,

Supporting you,

Feel your heart gently slowing down as you welcome deeper and deeper the relaxation into your body,

In your mind,

Inhale and exhale letting go,

Start to settle yourself into this beautiful stillness,

Allow yourself to melt into this stillness,

Allow yourself to be aware of this present moment,

Letting go any tension you may be still holding on,

Breathe out,

Let it release out of your body and out of your mind,

Inhale deep and exhale long,

Relaxing yourself deeper and deeper.

At this moment invite a positive affirmation to yourself,

Bring to your mind those words of inner peace and gratitude,

Inhale and exhale love,

Inhale and bring love to every single part of your body,

Every single cell,

Exhale and spread love through your breath,

Through your heart,

Everywhere around you,

It is surrendered by love,

Inhale bring the inner peace to yourself,

Inhale spread the inner peace to every single cell of your body,

Every single muscles,

Tissues,

Anywhere,

Everywhere in yourself,

Inhaling love,

Inner peace,

Exhaling and spreading love and inner peace,

Inhale gratitude,

Think about anything you are grateful for,

Allow your vibration elevates to that beautiful gratitude feeling,

Exhale send that gratitude to every single cell of your body,

Be grateful for the time you allow yourself to be here today,

Be grateful for anything in your life,

Inhale love,

Inner peace,

Gratitude,

Exhale love,

Inner peace,

Gratitude,

Gratitude is one of the greatest tools we can use to activate grace and healing to our lives,

As we go into the love and inner peace we allow the gratitude be present in ourselves,

Stay here for a few more minutes inhaling love,

Inner peace and gratitude,

Exhale and expanding the love,

Inner peace and gratitude out of your heart to the whole living beings,

To the whole universe.
