This is Terese Skelly,
And I'm delighted that you are here.
This meditation clearing that you're going to get to experience in a minute actually happened in one of my client groups.
So I was working with this group of women,
And we got into the understanding that very often as women,
We are held back.
We want to be sovereign,
We want to be powerful,
But sometimes our conditioning or early experiences or trauma or societal expectations prevent us from stepping up and being the most powerful and sovereign version of ourselves.
So you're going to hear,
This is about a five minute meditation clearing that I did,
And it's super powerful.
It's super powerful,
So I want to share it with you.
So as we get into it,
I want you just to sit and get as comfortable in your body as you possibly can.
Just give yourself permission to receive every single thing that's happening.
Tell your unconscious mind that it doesn't have to understand,
But I want you to show up in the next minute when we get started,
I want you to show up expecting to have a breakthrough,
Expecting to feel the release,
Feel the clearing.
So go along with me as I guide my clients and now you in this beautiful journey,
Stepping into the most sovereign version of yourself.
Just give yourself permission.
There might be self-talk,
But I want you to be saying a yes.
I say yes to more autonomy.
I say yes to being my own woman.
I say yes to being the most sovereign being that I can,
That right there,
That's the one.
And anything that is contrary to this,
From this or any life,
I decide now to let it go.
Any part of me that has played small to keep the peace or to be loved,
I acknowledge,
Hold that with gentleness and decide to let it go.
Any payoff for abdicating my power,
Any time that I just to stay in relationship had to dim my light,
I honor that with gentleness and love,
Understanding that that was right and perfect.
And today I let that go.
Any part of me that was killed for being too bright,
Any part of me that was harmed or injured or banished for being a healer or having my app,
That is a fricking big one.
Any part of me that I was harmed,
Killed,
Led astray,
Bad things happen for all the potency,
All the power,
All the magic,
All the healing.
I call that power back.
And just literally imagine all the power that you have just relegated to others,
Cut off,
Shut off,
We're punished for,
We're burned for,
We're killed for,
We're rejected and or abandoned for,
Simply just ask your soul.
I call it back.
There we go.
Any part of me that needs forgiveness,
Any part of me that I have judged as being wrong or bad for being weak,
Any part of me that uses comparison to harm myself,
I just hold with love and tenderness.
Anytime I didn't speak and I silenced myself because it was just easier to fit in and to go along,
I forgive myself and I hold that part of me that made the decision with kindness and compassion and tenderness.
And I'm calling in the wild,
I'm calling in the vibrant,
The truth teller,
The energized one,
The one that can't be controlled,
The one that knows no limits,
No boundaries,
Is just here to live life and to do the work and to have joy and passion and potency and wealth and all the good.
I take all the suppression off of her,
I can take the training wheels off of her,
I can allow her to be and I trust her.
There we go.
There,
That's a big one.
Breathe that in.
And I'm calling on divine protection,
I'm calling and knowing and trusting that I am guided,
Guarded,
Cared for,
Grounded,
Loved and safe.
Know those words,
Guided,
Guarded,
Cared for,
Grounded,
Loved and safe.
It is 100% safe in this body,
In this incarnation to be this version of myself that I have had a glimmer of.
My soul is here to express this and I say yes.
Nice.
Breathe that in.
Notice what is happening in your body.
And I want you to just begin to allow the little glimmer of what's possible from here to emerge.
So we planted the seeds.
Some of you might already be seeing huge fields already planted and some of you might look down and there's one little tiny seedling and that's okay.
It's been planted.
It's your job now to nourish this and nurture it.
And so one final,
I say yes,
I say yes.
And taking a breath,
Trusting and knowing that your body,
Your conscious mind,
Your unconscious mind,
Your energy knows exactly what to do to receive this.
It's safe to have done these clearings,
This release and stepping into this new identity.
We just give thanks in advance for the magnificent outpicturing that is you,
The sovereign,
Sovereign woman.
And so it is.
Wasn't that nice?
