A longtime yoga and meditation practitioner, she completed her yoga teacher training in Peru and deepened her meditation practice in Indonesia, studying under the hridaya method. With over 400 hours of personal meditation practice, she now teaches how that has changed the way she approaches life and caring for herself. Her teaching is grounded in presence, self-awareness, and the transformative power of stillness, including extended periods spent in sacred silence. Through yoga, meditation, and intentional practices, she helps guide individuals toward balance, clarity, and deeper connection. Her meditations are focused on mindfulness, grounding, nervous system regulation, compassion, and hridaya. Her intention is to invite people to slow down, reconnect, and find a sense of quiet balance, while gently supporting each person in building a sustainable and personal practice rooted in awareness, care, and curiosity.
