Hello,
My name is Tomek and I'm delighted to welcome you to this meditation.
In this practice you will learn about the secret of self-healing and how to consciously work with the energies of your body.
I wish you a pleasant practice.
World is fundamental.
Matter or consciousness?
In other words,
Does our brain produce consciousness or does consciousness create our physical matter reality?
The question that is fundamental to understanding our reality and essential to how we perceive the world around us.
If you believe that matter is fundamental,
Then your physical body becomes the limit of your experience.
Your five physical senses are the only means of experiencing anything in this life.
If however you believe or at least have a suspicion that you are more than your physical body,
More than this physical matter reality,
Then I invite you to experiment with me.
In this experiment you will act as the consciousness that has the power of shaping the reality around you,
Which includes your physical body.
As a scientist I will not ask you to believe in either of the premises,
But rather find out for yourself.
I'll be here to guide you,
But the experience will be your own.
What you make of it will help you to decide what is right for you.
Perhaps to drop the idea altogether or perhaps to experiment more and go deeper down the rabbit hole.
Let us begin.
At the start of this meditation I want to invite you to make yourself comfortable.
Wherever you are,
However you feel,
This is a wonderful place to start.
Look around you.
Everything is okay.
You are safe,
Secure and protected.
Only to start your exploration,
Your experiment.
Before you close your eyes,
I will ask you to give yourself a permission.
Allow yourself to be here and spend this time with yourself and others who right now try to explore the depth of consciousness with you.
Sit straight,
But not rigid,
Allowing unrestricted flow of your breath.
Drop your shoulders away from your ears.
Rest your hands in your lap.
Place your feet on the floor in the way that you feel supported.
If there is any discomfort that right now gets in the way of your relaxation,
Feel free to adjust your posture.
And now that you feel comfortable,
Allow your eyes to close.
Since this is an exploration of your body,
It is only natural to start this practice by tuning in into yourself.
Switch from the external senses to the internal,
Filling all and every sensation that comes from within your physical body.
Be honest with yourself.
Try to feel anything and everything,
However unpleasant it may feel at times.
Acknowledge the current state of your physical body.
Recognize that your body has an amazing ability to heal itself if you allow it.
The intention behind this meditation is to create conditions for your body to restore its natural balance.
Ask your body what is the perfect condition for its functioning.
As you do it,
Start settling in in all the sensations.
Being kind,
Holding yourself with compassion and care.
For a moment imagine that your physical body is your best friend and you taking care of it,
Tending to it with kindness.
Now imagine breathing into the center of your heart,
Taking in bright sparkling vital energy.
And as you breathe out,
Spread that white vital energy across your entire body,
Including every organ and every cell.
This is how you charge your body.
This is the beginning stage of this practice.
Imagine yourself as a big battery filled with electromagnetic energy.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
You charge this battery,
You rejuvenate yourself and you bring vital energies,
Restoring them to its natural level.
Take your time to do it for a minute or two as I stand by your side,
Holding the space,
Ready to help you out whenever you need me.
Remember this is a joyful process.
Enjoy the sensations as you do it.
God soy.
Now that you gathered enough vital energy,
It is time to direct this energy to any part of your body that requires your attention right now.
Perhaps there is a part of your body that feels tense or a part of your body which is in pain.
Carefully and gently,
As you breathe in,
Take in the very same healing energy and as you exhale direct it towards the part of your body which requires it the most.
Imagine yourself being a doctor which tends to a wound with care and kindness,
Not judging it and trying his best to heal it and to mend it.
As you get more familiar with this process,
You may imagine holding that place in your body,
In your hands,
Feeling the warmth and the care that you provide towards yourself.
Feel the color,
The shape,
The temperature and how with each breath this part of your body becomes lighter,
More vibrant and rejuvenated.
Any dark colors turn into light,
Any cold spot warm up,
Feel the expansion,
Feel the energy flow with each breath you take and each exhale you direct towards that part of your body.
I'll let you do it now for another minute or two.
Together,
We are one big world.
And now to conclude the process of healing,
Once again return to the initial flow.
Every time you breathe in,
Take in vibrant fresh energy through the top of your head to the center of your heart.
And as you breathe out,
Direct it outward towards all the cells and all the organs of your body,
Creating a vibrant orb around your entire physical body.
Feel as you're being held with care and kindness,
Supported by the soft light.
This is the energy field produced by a healthy body.
You just made an important step towards restoring balance in your entire self,
Both physically and mentally.
The more you perform this process,
The more flow you will feel,
The more energy you will be able to absorb,
And the more healing you will experience.
Right now,
I will ask you to start connecting with your external senses.
Start connecting with the sounds around you.
Connect with a sense of touch,
Through your feet resting on the floor,
Through your hands in your lap,
Through your sit bones,
Connecting with the surface underneath you.
Now let us add some physical movement.
Slowly and gently wiggle your toes.
Move and stretch your fingers.
Tilt your head slowly and carefully to the left.
Feel the muscles in your neck stretching.
Tilt your head to the right.
Bring it back to the center.
Take one deep cleansing breath to conclude this session.
In through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
And when you're ready,
In your own time,
Open your eyes and welcome back.
Now before you move on with your day,
I would like to thank you for this time we spent together,
Working with the energies of your body,
Healing and rejuvenating.
I'll ask you to give yourself a pat on the shoulder and look at your body with gratitude.
Try to repeat this process as often as you can.
The more you do it,
The stronger the effects of healing and rejuvenation.
