Welcome to this short guided meditation to create more inner peace and calm and clarity in our daily life.
Kindly come into a comfortable meditation posture or sit in a chair.
Make yourself absolutely comfortable and then we'll take a pleasant breath in through the nose and imagine you're breathing in positive energy up through the base of your meditation posture to the top of your head.
And as you breathe out,
Just feel a sense of peace and calmness flowing throughout your body and we'll take another breath in.
Breathing in,
Revitalizing energy into every cell of your body.
And as you breathe out,
Just feel a sense of peace and calm flowing throughout your body.
And then we just shift our attention to the easy,
Low of our breath at the nostrils.
And as you breathe in,
Just say to yourself,
I am mindful.
I am breathing in.
And as you breathe out,
Just say to yourself,
I am mindful that I am breathing out.
And that's it for your next four easy breaths.
The next,
Just contemplate on how you're feeling.
Are you a little more peaceful?
Are you a little more calm?

To your body,
Your breath,
The sounds of your environment,
