Welcome to this meditation for letting go.

Letting go of any fears.

Letting go of control.

Letting go of any emotion that's been weighing you down.

Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

We're going to begin by focusing on the breath.

I'm bringing awareness to it.

I invite you to begin to deepen your breathing.

To send the oxygen first to the belly with each inhale.

So that the brain gets a signal that it is safe and can relax.

When we are relaxed,

Letting go is easier.

And if you haven't already,

I invite you to also find a comfortable seat or to lay down with your back supported and to go ahead and close down your eyes to support deeper relaxation.

Once you're settled,

Imagine breathing in peace of mind.

And with each exhale imagine breathing out tension.

Inhale trust.

Exhale control.

Inhale surrendering to the divine God,

Your higher self,

The universe,

Whatever you prefer to call it.

And exhale feeling like you have to do it all.

Inhale faith and exhale all worries.

Finally breathe in your happy,

Calm,

Fulfilled future self and exhale fear surrounding what's to come.

I feel like we need to hold on to anger,

Fear,

Worry,

Control.

Because if not,

Things might not turn out the way we want them to.

But actually,

Fear is powerless and forcing things has about the same power of a sigh in comparison to faith.

It is as powerful as a hurricane.

It will move mountains if you allow it to move through you.

With this in mind,

Continue to focus on your breathing as you repeat the mantra either out loud or silently.

I am being guided each time you inhale and I can let go each time you exhale.

I am being guided.

I can let go.

I am being guided.

I can let go.

I am being guided.

I can let go.

Continue with this repetition until you hear a gong allowing the sound of the waves to sweep away any leftover doubts or worries or control.

I am being guided.

I can let go.

You you you you you you you you you slowly bring your awareness back into your body into the present maybe start to wiggle your fingers and toes you can flutter your eyes open or remain here as long as you'd like know that you are exactly where you need to be and that the more you let go of what no longer serves you the more abundance you allow to flow into your life I wish you a wonderful peace filled day in which you are able to flow like the waves of the ocean
