Dr. William Jackson has spent 20 years teaching mindfulness-based meditation. He incorporates core methods from Vietnamese Zen, Burmese Theravada, and contemporary evidence-based practices. William has spent 7,000+ hrs. of time in retreat and six years as a fully ordained Buddhist monk. He is trained as a clinical health psychologist and has developed mindfulness-based interventions with the NIH, The Benson Henry Institute at MGH, Center for Mindfulness and Compassion, and Harvard Medical School.
