Begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths in and out,

Allowing yourself to relax and let go of any tension in your body.

Imagine yourself standing in front of a clear night sky.

The full moon is shining brightly in the sky,

Casting a soft light around you.

As you gaze at the full moon,

Take a moment to reflect on the past month.

Think about the changes,

Growth,

And accomplishments you've made and achieved.

Now,

Repeat to yourself the following affirmation.

I trust in the power of the full moon to bring completion and closure to my past experiences and to enlighten my path for the future.

Now,

Imagine a beam of light coming from the full moon,

Shining down on you and surrounding you in its glow.

Feel the energy of the light filling your body and mind.

Take a deep breath in and hold it for a few seconds.

As you exhale,

Imagine releasing any lingering emotions or attachments that are holding you back.

Repeat the affirmation to yourself once more.

I trust in the power of the full moon to bring completion and closure to my past experiences and to enlighten my path for the future.

As you continue to focus on the full moon,

Imagine yourself moving forward with a sense of closure and completion,

Feeling light and free,

Ready to embrace new beginnings.

Take a few more deep breaths in and out,

Feeling the energy of the full moon surrounding you.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes and take a moment to ground yourself back in the present.
