Noticing your feet on the floor,
The weight of your body,
The space around you,
Anchoring your mind in your physical presence,
Nothing to do right now,
Just being here.
On the second breath,
Softening,
Allowing the shoulders to drop a little,
Letting the jaw loosen,
Allowing the face to soften,
Inviting a little more space into the body with each breath.
On the third breath,
Choosing,
Bringing awareness into how you want to meet this moment,
Choosing one way of relating to your experience,
Perhaps choosing steadiness or patience or acquire the kindness toward yourself as you continue with your day.
Three breaths,
Arrive,
Soften,
