Awakening with Radiance Meditation Good morning.
Congratulations on waking up to a brand new day.
Before you rush out of bed or check your phone,
Give yourself these few minutes to set the tone for everything that follows today.
You can do this meditation sitting up on the edge of your bed or in a comfortable chair.
Sitting up tall,
Imagine a string pulling the top of your head towards the ceiling,
Lengthening your spine.
Roll your shoulders up to your ears and lower them slowly back and down.
Open your chest.
Take a moment to simply notice how it feels to be alive this morning.
We are going to wake up your system with oxygen.
We will take active,
Expansive inhales,
Placing one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest.
Breathing in three parts into your belly,
Into your ribs,
Into your chest.
And exhale with a sigh,
Letting go of yesterday.
Again,
Belly,
Ribs and chest and feel your body expanding like the rising sun.
And letting it go slowly.
Letting go of whatever is to come today.
One more time,
The deepest breath that you've taken so far this morning,
Filling up completely.
Imagine you're breathing in fresh,
Vitality.
And then slowly let it go.
Arriving here and now in this moment.
Feel the vitality in your body,
The buzzing,
The vibration that is your life force waking up,
Arriving in this moment.
Now bring your fingertips on the right hand to the side of your left hand,
The karate chop point.
And tap firmly and rhythmically with three fingers,
Repeating affirmations after me,
Either aloud or in your mind.
Even if I feel a little tired,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
I am choosing to have a great day.
I am waking up my mind and body right now.
Now tap the eyebrow point.
I am open to new opportunities today.
Tapping the space between your eyebrows.
Tap out to the side of your eye.
My mind is clear and sharp.
Tapping just under your eye.
I am looking forward to what this day brings.
Tapping under your nose,
Above the upper lip.
I release any stress from yesterday.
It is gone.
Tapping on your chin.
I am capable.
Tapping on your collarbone.
This is a major energy center.
I am strong.
I have all the energy I need.
Tapping under your arm,
On your ribs.
I am vibrating with positive energy.
I'm moving to the very top of your head,
The crown.
Tapping.
I am ready to handle whatever comes my way.
Now relax your hands on your lap.
Allow the palms to face up in a gesture of receiving.
If your eyes are open,
Gently close or soften your eyes and feel the tingling sensation moving through your skin.
You are awake.
You are activated.
And with your eyes closed,
I want you to visualize your day ahead.
See yourself moving through the rest of your morning routine with ease.
See yourself smiling.
See yourself handling tasks effortlessly.
And if a challenge arises in your visualization,
See yourself meeting it with calm,
Confidence.
And internalize these affirmations.
I am a magnet for good things today.
I move through my day with ease and flow.
I am grounded.
I am centered and ready.
Something wonderful is going to happen to me today.
Now take a deep breath in and sweep your arms up over your head.
Interlace your fingers and stretch your palms towards the sky.
Stretch your body long,
Reaching for your day.
Lean a little to the left and lean a little to the right.
And release your hands down to your heart.
And thank yourself for taking this moment,
This time.
You have primed your mind for success.
You have prepared for your day with positivity,
Love,
And light.
Open your eyes.
The world is waiting for you.
