Return to full alignment and energy.

Hi,
Welcome to another episode of the You Only Love Once Yummy Meditations.
This is Hani.
Today we're going to do a meditation to connect with your inspired actions for today to release all that's blocking you from creating a magnificent present miraculous day and also release anything that's hindering your productivity or your connection to the inner most important purpose that you bring to everything that you do.
So whenever you're ready,
Do a quick stretch with arms clasp behind your back,
Stretching your shoulders down,
Getting into your seated position and start breathing into your back.
Realizing that there is going to be a lot of breath work in this meditation.
So I want you to breathe deeply all the way into your belly.
And as you release your exhale,
I want you to really relax and allow the natural exhale to fully come through with sound is even better.
Breathing in deeply raising your arms to the top.
And as you exhale,
You can do an ah sound as you arouse and allow your arms to fall to the side.
Arousing all your senses to wake up and to connect with the divine present moment and allowing your palms facing upwards on your knees,
You may also rotate your spine a little bit just to make sure that everything is relaxed and nice and ready to receive the meditation today.
As you allow your shoulders to drop your spine one step above another.
Want your entire body to sit up straight and relaxed.
And notice right now from a scale of one to 10.
What your intention is for today,
And how you score or how what number it is for you at the moment.
So if your intention is to feel connected and present,
How are you feeling that from a scale of one to 10,
One being least present and 10 being the most.
With its motivation and energy,
Where is that for you right now?
Set your intentions and take note of that number.
Now continuing breathing deeply in and out.
Remember to let go of any tensions in your stomach as you do so.
And also notice if any sounds you hear come into your sear,
Let it flutter through your body and remove anything that it may trigger or it may wake up and just breathe it in and let it go.
Alright,
Now as we get into the meditation,
Even further allow yourself to open up your crown and connect to a energy that is 300 floors above you,
Golden white light straight through the roof of the universe and all dimensions connect with a piece of your higher self,
The source of universal energy,
The part of you that's larger than your current present body and connect to this version of source that's way beyond you somewhere in the top and allow yourself to plug into that golden white light from above and breathe that into you.
Find the flutters of the wind and the flutters of the light to enter into your body and release anything that doesn't resonate with it into the center of the earth.
Continuously doing this again.
Fill your whole body with your light and at the same time ignite blue and purple flames all around you protecting you in this sphere.
Burning away all negative or noisy energy that is in your sphere in the collective and allow that fire to burn away any and all things that are no longer resonating with your highest self,
Your true self or your core.
Deeply breathing in all the way into the center of your belly or even a bit below and as you exhale exhale out everything that doesn't serve you anymore.
Deeply connecting to the light from above and allowing everything in your body to be released.
Allowing the sirens or sounds to invoke and wake up any part of you that wants to be let go right now.
This could be a person or an event in the past,
It could be a emotion.
Whatever it is,
Allow any of your memories,
Tensions,
Whatever it is that wants to rise through,
Trust your intuition and allow any sounds to invite them forward.
Allowing your whole body to connect,
Your whole spiritual self to connect and all of the parts that make you you to connect with anything that can be let go right now that's stopping you from moving to attend out of tend in your intentions.
Breathing deeply in and out and allowing each breath to identify where these elements are and each out breath release it.
Breathing in and out and allowing each breath release it.
You can breathe in the vibrations of the shamanic drum,
Inviting it to heal you,
Breathing that into your body and awakening and releasing anything that interferes with your inspiration of your natural source of joy,
Of energy,
Of inspiration,
Of love.
Allow all the wounds of the past traumas,
Of the past dedications to your old personalities to be let go of.
Give yourself permission to do that,
Whatever is ready to be let go of to let go.
Breathing in and out and allowing each breath release it.
Remember to come back to the present moment whenever you feel like your mind has drifted and allow yourself to release that thought,
Release that idea so they can come back to nothingness,
To emptiness and presence in your breath.
Allow any and all pieces of you,
Of your higher selves or whatever there is in your field that needs to release,
Needs to transform,
Needs to be let go of or does not want to be here anymore and does not serve your intention to rise from your body,
Rise from your fields,
Rise from your consciousness and unconsciousness into the forefront.
So breathe into those areas and as you exhale send it into the fire and allow it to sink into the center of the earth.
Breathing into all that wants to be let go of again.
As you exhale allow it to sink into the center of the earth just like a root at the bottom of your sacrum right into the heat of the center of the earth.
Breathing in bright white light of 10 out of 10 in your intentions let it fill your body up and expand it.
As you exhale allow it to expand in every single cell of your body.
Doing this at your own time.
Breathing in and out.
Let everything go.
Breathing into the sensation of inspiration allowing that to turn on every single cell in your body.
Allowing your heart to be activated,
Your core to be activated with the highest source from above.
Allowing your higher self to flow through you for the rest of the day to stake itself into the center of the earth so every step is purposeful.
Breathing this white bright column of light into the center of your body and strengthen it and let that sink all the way to the center of the earth so you stand strong.
Breathing into it again.
And again.
Allowing this light to pierce through even more uncertainties and known spheres anxieties,
Distractions allow that to pierce through and let this calm light glow and grow.
Expand the diameter of it,
Expand the thickness and density of it.
Breathing in every part of you that you know can live and breathe and be here.
Believe and breathe.
Breathe in what it feels like to believe that this day can be as magnificent as you want it to be.
Breathe into the belief that you are meant to be exactly here and nowhere else and you are exactly where you're meant to be and trust that.
You're right now,
Right here.
That this is who you are.
Breathing everything that you are.
And allow any other pieces and elements that no longer resonate to just fall to the side and drop into the flames of blue and purple cleansing flames.
Open yourself up.
Let go.
Let go.
Let go.
Let go of all resistances.
All procrastination,
All inactivity,
Everything subconscious and conscious.
Having any sounds to bring up any other resistances you have and breathe into them.
Trace them with your awareness where they live in your body.
Breathe into them and let them go.
Let it detach from you.
Open up every single pore of your field to receive my feelings of taking each step today and each step forward or even being here and being able to receive all the love,
The healing,
The support from the universe that there is for you.
Receiving the gratitude of being here right now.
And also the amount of energy and the intentions that you have.
Want you to breathe in and allow that version of you that has a 10 out of 10 in your intentions to be in your body.
As you breathe it,
Allow yourself to breathe that version of you inside to your body.
Feel it in your chest and feel it in your arms and your fingertips as you breathe it in more.
Opening yourself up to receive it.
Maybe it's motivation that you want.
Maybe it's joy and care and momentum.
Breathe in the bright fires of inspiration and momentum into your life.
Feel what it feels like to be activated and excited and momentous.
Having that speed and drive and desire and connection to your center and your most purpose.
Who you are and letting that come through you in everything that you do.
Being part of the whole.
Allow yourself to feel these things and experience these things and all the sensations and understandings that you can.
Relaxing your body and allowing that breath to move through you with all of this information.
Receive all the particles of quantum healing.
You can activate in your information field and allow any and all beneficial information that comes supportive of your focus and your intention to come into your field and come into your body.
Of course,
Making sure that your blue and purple flames are around to prevent anything unnecessary to be held at the gate to be burnt away.
Filtered away.
Allow now to connect with your highest most divine self or even your source and universe and see.
And ask,
Show me if there's any focus I need to have for today.
What focus is for me today?
And as you sit silently breathing in and out,
Allow any visions,
Any sounds,
Any ideas to come through you without controlling it.
Where it comes is perfect and whatever doesn't is perfect too.
Beautiful.
As you come back into your body,
As you breathe,
I want you to integrate what it feels like to be a 10 out of 10 in your intentions again and allowing your body to really,
Really feel it and download it and have it be a part of you as you purposefully return back into your present moment.
Allowing this version of you to beam into the room that you're in,
Breathing into it.
Move your out breath,
Beam it into the room that you're in.
Another in breath.
Beam it into all the activities and tasks that you need to move forward to and you need to give attention to and energy to today.
And then one last breath breathing into it.
Big one.
Beam this entire energy into the world,
Giving all of those who need this too to have some of this in their worlds.
And as you breathe in,
You receive it as if you've just given it to yourself as well.
Feel free to do another round around the world.

As you slowly come back to the present moment,
