Hello,

Good morning.

Allow yourself to come to your body.

Stretch yourself out.

This is Honey.

Welcome to another morning meditation or day meditation to get you really focused,

Motivated and energized with your highest self and your highest beingness.

So whenever you're ready,

Stretch your arms right to the top,

Stretching your body out,

Moving your spine side to side,

Breathing in first breath of a full breath and exhale as you allow your breath to fully exhale and release in a huge big sigh.

No worries about the sound,

The loudness,

The more natural and the more in tune with your breath you are,

The better.

Breathing in big white,

Golden bright light from the skies above.

Breathing in and as you release,

Allow everything to fall apart and fall through and let go.

Connecting with your highest self,

With your most loving being in the whole universe and all consciousness,

All the positive items that resonate with your true core,

Breathe that in.

As you exhale,

Allow that to expand throughout the rest of your body.

Breathing in full energy,

Aliveness,

Motivation,

Strength,

Owning it.

To the back of your shoulders,

To the back of your neck and release any tensions that do not resonate with us and let that go.

Allow your breath to exhale loudly and breathe in loudly so that you can really feel the energy move through you.

Allowing yourself to breathe in forgiveness,

Connection and love to all those that matter to you.

Breathing in,

Cleansing away all unnecessary negative energies,

All the things that surround you in your energy field.

Allow yourself to let go and let go,

That's free.

Feel that freedom that resides within you,

Breathing that in.

Noticing on a scale of one to ten how motivated you feel at this particular moment or just before you began this meditation.

Maybe set a two,

Maybe three,

Wherever that is.

Remember to invite yourself again at the end.

As you breathe in that golden white light,

I want you to also imagine blue and purple flames all around you burning through your heart,

Burning through your energy field.

Spreading its loving heat and power all over you,

Letting go of all the resistances to move ahead,

To move forward.

Burning away any and all energy that distracts you from your purpose,

That distracts you from your highest self.

Breathe in that light and release.

Breathing in that light and bright heart again.

As you exhale,

Allow all shaking,

Negativity or any resistances or any holds and attachments to the past to be released.

Allow yourself to fully be present.

Breathing in that golden white light,

Healing vibrations,

All the vibrations about healing all psychological,

Emotional resistances to whatever it is that is stopping you from being your most true and highest self.

Allow that to be released and breathe in and fill yourself up with that pure source energy.

Knowing that everything is okay and will be fine.

Knowing that there is a resonance and harmony that you can be with everything when it's calm.

Breathing into any thoughts that arise,

Asking to have any blocks,

Thoughts,

Anything that will interfere for you moving forward today,

Strong and together and in unity to step forth,

Bring those thoughts up.

Breathe into them,

Sending us so much love,

Support and just a big hug and release it with so much gentleness and love.

Do that again a couple of times to release any and all resistances,

Thoughts,

Ideas that may come up today to stop you from being your highest and most beautiful,

Handsome self and flow as you take all the actions.

And just move,

Imagine a big ball inside your body and just breathe into that ball and keep moving that resistance out into the fire or into the center of the earth.

Identify where the tension is,

Breathe in and out.

Breathing into the tension,

Release it.

Breathing into the tension.

Breathing into the tension again and release it.

Ask your higher self,

Ask your source energy to show you whatever there is that might stop you from moving forward powerfully at your best today and ask it to step forth,

Connect with it,

Breathe into it,

Whether or not you feel it is perfect.

Release it and believe that everything is escaping through your out-breath.

Breathing into everything that's going to stop you from moving forward on a quantum information,

Emotional,

Psychological,

Physical level.

Release,

Reset and let it go into the flames of blue and purple rays.

Silently breathe in and out and move that energy through you,

Move all the way in you and as you call and awaken that ownership of your actions,

That desire to connect with your purpose,

Allow yourself to connect with that highest version of you and breathe into that.

Allowing the light from above to illuminate that part of you.

As you exhale,

Allow that to fully radiate from your body into your fingers,

Into the actions throughout the day.

Breathe in,

Feeling that sensation of calmness and feeling that sensation of harmony.

That Steel Transforms of Light.

You are the pure One.

Allowing a blanket of love to wash over you,

Support you,

Enveloping you and allowing yourself to receive healing for all of the parts of you that need to be held,

That need to be filled with new love and new support.

Breathing all of that support available in your energy field that's this quantum healing support to breathe in.

All the pores allow them to receive these information of healing to heal all your being on a frequency,

Karmic,

Psychological level,

Energetic,

Physical and spiritual level.

Breathe that in and allow yourself to receive the healing from us.

All that which you need to heal in all the cells and all the parts of your body is just open it up to receive the healing that's sent to you.

Allow yourself to release.

Breathing in.

Release.

Breathing in again.

Cutting all cords from all people who no longer serve you in this part of your journey in life.

Breathing into the place where it's attached to you,

Our projects,

Our ideas,

Our attachments.

Just breathe into the places where it's attached.

Letting up all of the attachments that are no longer in service to you.

As you exhale,

Allow them to slowly pluck out of your system.

You may use your hands as a visceral way to do that.

And throw it into the putt of blue and purple flames.

Breathing in your heart,

Your mind,

Your body,

Your centrality,

Your intelligence,

Your bond with the space and time and accomplishment and doing action.

Breathe in that inspired action.

Feel it in your fingers.

Feel it in your toes.

Feel this purple,

Bouncy light,

Breathing it in.

Fill yourself up with your highest purpose and the highest actions.

Breathing in again.

Allowing yourself to own the space,

Allowing yourself to own your actions,

Own your body,

Own who you've become and evolved to be.

Breathe in this new version of yourself,

This new level of energy that you'll take for throughout the day.

And create down straight into the center of the earth.

Feel this energy carry throughout the day.

Amplify it by a hundred folds.

Fill the whole earth with it,

Breathing into your energy.

Open your breath and release it into the entire world.

Breathing into it again.

Release it into the entire universe.

Breathe into it again.

As you exhale it,

Create a bubble around you into your hands,

Into your computer,

Into anything that you need to do today.

And send it entirely so it encapsulates it.

Breathing into it again.

Flood your whole space with it.

Really come back to the present gently.

As you continue breathing in and out,

Come back to the space.

Knowing that you have received whatever healing it is that you need to receive.

Knowing that you feel tingly.

Knowing that you're coming back.

And also rate yourself from one to ten how motivated you feel right now in this calm,

Yet gently focused,

Appreciative state.
