And out.

Now I want you to imagine a beautiful golden white light as a beautiful sun above your head.

This is the connection of you to your ultimate source of energy.

Thoughts,

Spaces,

Intuition and wisdom all having a place there.

This is where your natural sense of balance reside.

It is full of life and full of experiences and full of joy.

And I want you to imagine that right above you connecting to all of that source energy and all of that inspiration and creativity and natural sense of aliveness within you.

Imagine that grow and being plugged into that infinite source as you begin to breathe in and let that flow slowly and slowly into your body.

So imagine that array of light slowly entering you with every breath that you take pouring down from the top.

As you breathe that in and you exhale,

I want you to imagine that sense and that energy to spread everywhere in your body.

Breathing in.

And as you exhale,

Imagine that spread and expand inside your body in every direction and every cell.

Allowing the sounds of the gong to guide that source energy into your body and at the same time also imagine beautiful,

Big,

Strong,

Intense fire of blue and purple to burn from the bottom of your pelvis,

The bottom of your root chakra,

The bottom of your butt all the way through your body burning away anything you need to let go of right now.

Thoughts,

Responsibilities that are not yours,

Feelings that are stressful,

Conversations,

Relationships,

Just let that burn away as you breathe that fire through from the bottom to the top.

Breathe in.

Breathe in that fire and let that burn away any and all influencing energies within you.

Thoughts,

Experiences,

Belief systems and patterns that no longer serve you.

Let that fire be in your heart and let that burn through your heart too,

Digesting for you like just like a mother helping you clean your body.

But imagine this mother helping you clean your energetic system,

Wiping away every part that has held on to something that no longer needs to be here.

Breathe into that.

Relax your body as you breathe allowing every breath to explore every corner of your system.

As you continue to allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper within,

Allowing anything that needs to be let go of surface to the front.

Breathe in and exhale all negativity into the center of this room where there's a fire that can also burn it through.

And release.

Allow yourself to open up even more as you breathe in and you take this air into your system allowing your body to do whatever it needs to release.

Sometimes that comes in the form of sacred water,

Sacred tears.

Let that flow.

Sometimes it comes in a matter of movements,

Little twitches in your body.

Let that move.

Yeah,

Just let that out.

Let that flow.

Let that flow.

Let that flow.

Let that come through and be released into the fire.

Anything that's stopping you from staying calm,

Breathe into that and release.

Anything that's stopping you from feeling,

I can do this.

I am capable.

I have more than enough abilities to accomplish this.

Release that.

Breathe into that.

Release whatever is a hindrance,

Conscious and unconscious.

Breathe in.

Any part of you that feels small,

Release that.

Breathe into that small feeling that I can't do this.

I might not be able to.

Doubts.

And release that.

Feel into that energy.

Breathe into that heaviness that you feel inside of your face,

Maybe your body.

Whenever you feel tense or heavy or dense,

Breathe into that.

Be hyper aware of where that is.

And then as you exhale,

Let the air expand in those areas.

Go ahead and breathe into that.

Let those tears come if there are any.

Let the feeling pass through.

Allow them to be inside of you.

Allow them to pass.

Allow them to be acknowledged.

Allow yourself to be present to how you truly are feeling right at this moment.

Breathe into that feeling.

Breathe into that world.

Breathe into whatever is present for you right now.

Release.

Let go.

Breathe into that infinite source of energy and gentle,

Gentle love and compassion for yourself.

And shine that light of compassion into the parts of you that wants to be healed.

Breathe in that compassion and direct your breath for healing now.

Tell that part of you,

I embrace you.

I embrace you.

I love you.

Breathe into it.

Pick a part that you want to breathe into if you haven't.

It can be your heart.

It can be your face.

It can be your eyes.

Tell it that you love it in your next breath.

Let your body relax and you ask for forgiveness as well.

Sometimes we don't realize how much stress we put on ourselves and that part.

Please forgive me.

I embrace you.

I love you.

Please forgive me.

I feel you.

I embrace you.

I love you.

Please forgive me.

I feel you.

Let yourself connect with that vulnerable part in yourself that wants to be healed,

That is receiving this healing and just breathe that love into that spot.

As you exhale,

Allow that to rest and flow and take its time to do this work to let it be and heal.

Breathe in more love and more acknowledgement and more sense of pleasure and gratitude into your system now.

And to that part,

Also recognizing that you are doing everything you can to honor this internal world that you have within you.

How does it feel like to feel appreciation for yourself?

Feel your body and breathe that in.

We always say thank you to other people and we always feel grateful when someone helps us.

But what does it feel like for you to be grateful for yourself?

Breathe into that.

Allow that feeling to come through without trying to shut down that love you're giving yourself.

As you breathe in,

I want you to feel more and more love for yourself.

So breathe in and out.

Using your heart,

I want you to breathe into your space.

And I want you to imagine the best-case scenario when your intention is real and you are living that life.

So imagine in front of you a beautiful,

Big doorway.

And in a moment,

I'm going to ask you to step through and this is going to look like an indefinite time.

It could be super soon,

It could be super late,

We don't know.

But when you step through that,

I want you to be able to see yourself in the best-case scenario.

If it is a 10 out of 10 for your intentions to be true,

I want you to feel and breathe that.

So as you take your next breath and breathe into every part of your body to get ready.

And exhale to be ready.

I want you to step through.

Open the door and allow yourself to feel.

What does it feel like to feel a 10 out of 10 when your intention is real right here,

Right now?

And allow anything to come forth,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Thoughts.

Just breathe into that and let that be a part of every cell in your system.

Breathe in.

You don't have to think,

You don't have to worry.

All you need to do is just breathe.

Let your body open up even more to receive this energy,

This feeling,

This state of mind.

Breathe and relax your face and your brain and your neck and your shoulders.

Breathe in.

Hold this energy,

Expand your capacity to hold more than what you were holding in the past.

Open up.

Feel what it feels like to open up.

See the colors of this experience.

Turn it up a notch.

Who are you seeing?

How are you breathing?

How are you moving?

Let that all come to you in your bones,

In your fingertips and in your toes.

Breathe in.

Feel what it feels like.

Receive it with open heart.

I want you to breathe into that and share it,

This feeling with this room.

Breathe into that.

And expand it into this entire room.

And in your next breath,

I want you to breathe into that again and expand it into this area that we're in.

Breathe in.

And release.

Breathe in and I want you to expand this into the entire country.

So breathe in now.

And expand.

And see if you can breathe in this time and expand it to the entire globe so that others can also feel what it feels like.

Breathe in.

And expand.

And can keep breathing in and out to expand it more.

And then now the entire universe.

Breathe a big one in.

And then as we come back,

I want you to put that blue and purple flame all around you.

Protecting you as you are big and magnificent and being who you truly are.

So you can hold this energy throughout the rest of your day and your week.

And experience this feeling wherever you go.

So check in with yourself right now and notice what you're feeling and how your body feels.

Breathe in.

Is there a way for you to remember this feeling?

So kind of call for one word to summarize this feeling.

Could be a name of what this feeling is called.

Or it could even be a color or a shape or a thing.

Whatever your mind and your intuition comes and tells you what it is,

It's the right one to breathe into that.

Relax and relax into the ceiling.

Breathe in.

Allow yourself to continue flowing in this.

Always.

Last breaths.

And again.

And again.

As you continue breathing in and out,

Slowly come back to this room.

And whenever you're ready and you're all back and can gently open your eyes.
